I've been in there 2 times now and both times the guy was really cool and nice. Engaged in conversation, I didn't feel pressured or judged . And I've been to a lot of these places that your going to get one or the other and the bad ones both. But none of that here. Very helpful and informative about his products. So yes I would recommend going to see him if you need something. I go at night and that's who I'm referring to. Is the guy that works nights.

I went over there and bought a vape. When I got back to work and opened the box, it didn’t work. So I took it back and he told me that he would be out of the money to replace it! It was maybe 10 minutes max! This vape store is right beside my work and I will never be back again. So now I’m out of my money!

Falsely advertising a price of $7.99 on the “novo 2” pods BOX. Did not clarify the whole box is almost $25 at checkout . FAILED to inform me of actual price until money already taken.

The Employee who helped me (which I believe was the owner) was very easy-going, kind, and easy to talk to! He had a very sincere, genuine attitude, in which he displayed the desire to effectively help me and insisted on making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. His main concern was that I walked out satisfied with my all-around visit/shopping experience; it was very effective and successful. Prices were very good, among the best I’ve came across in the area as well with a wide variety of each category of products. I strongly recommend a visit and promise you’ll be a reoccurring customer!
