I chose Tire Discounters because they were very conveinent to where I was living at the time. I bought 4 Pirelli Scorpio AS + 3 tires. They were neither the most expensive or least expensive of the options I was shown. So far, I have had to replace 3 of the 4 tires and not one was from normal wear or low tread. All 3 developed a hole in the sidewall and could not be repaired. For 2 out of the 3 tires the problem was misdiagnosed and I had to return to TD and then told that I needed to buy a new tire. In one of those 2 tire "repairs" I didnt make it out of the parking lot before the low tire pressure light came. At one point I was told they no longer carried that Pirelli tire because they had had trouble and Pirelli wasnt standing behind them. I'm not sure where in this process TD came to this conclusion, but regardless, TD sold the tires to me. Not Pirelli. So when the third tire recently started losing air...was "repaired" and I was back to TD in less than a week w the tire losing air and told I needed a third new tire...I finally reached my limit. I went elsewhere.
My other issue stems from a tire rotation that I had done before I headed out on a road trip. When I got to my destination about 9 hours away I started hearing a thud when i slowed down. I called TD but because they had no locations in that area there was nothing they could do until I got back. I took the car to the local Lexus dealership and found out I was missing a lug nut and the other lug nuts were loose on the right front tire. Yeah...thank god I didn't drive back to find out the problem. A TD technician clearly never tightened those lug nuts. They are a tire store! TD did reimburse me for the bill from Lexus which I appreciated....but this should never ever have happened.
So that has been my experience....

Tim and Eddie were personable and knowledgeable. Eric (the tech) identified the cause of a loud noise, after the repair my car ran super quiet and smooth. I am very pleased with my experience at TD Beaumont.

Eddie, and the entire crew at Tire Discounters did the best with a bad situation. Home office was supposed to have shipped the tires I ordered for a Saturday appointment. Eddie had to call me and inform of someone else’s mistake. I had to inconvenience 2 different people to transport me back and forth that day. Probably didn’t handle it very well on my end that day. Eddie promised me the tires would be there Tuesday and called me when they were in that Tuesday. They had me in and out in 2 hours. We’re professional and accommodating. Great service and good people. Will definitely look to them for any tire, brakes, or oil change needs. Thank You!!!

I've always liked and used tire discounters for many many things over the years. This location is the nicest and cleanest of all of them in Lexington. I'd never had to use this location before, until now, and I'm glad I did. Always great service, for a good price.

If it were not for very RUDE experience with JEREMY you might have gotten slightly better rating. Give your employees more customer service training. I give Mark 3.8 stars.

After bad experiences at two other Tire Discounters, I came here because I have all wheel drive, and I need the exact same tire, etc. They immediately offered a solution to my problem that would save me money. They restored my faith in this tire company. It seems it is more about the management and training at one location over another. I am grateful to these guys! This is what customer service should be!

I kept going to Walmart to get my tires, and the tires kept going flat. After about four different tires had issues, I decided to go to tire discounters. I haven’t had any issues since. I think the guys who helped me were Grimes and Hamilton. They both were both really helpful. Thanks for helping us!!

Went in for a set of new tires for my truck. Tires for my truck were $347 each so I was already prepared for a $1600 bill with all the state and local fees added in. When it came time to pay I was hit with a $2100 bill. Unbeknownst to me they added on a $300+ charge for “Tire Insurance” through their store that I did not ask for or even know they offered. When I asked for the Insurance to be removed and that I did not ask nor want insurance the associate started haggling me in the price….They ultimately took the insurance off due to me asking repeatedly. The customer service and the care they took on my truck was no different of any other “Tire shops” in the area.I’m curious on how many people they’ve done this too that didn’t catch it and paid for “Tire Insurance” that they don’t even know they have. Very slimy business practices and I’ll be telling and taking my family’s vehicles else where….now we wait for the typical review response of “we take pride” or “we value our customers”….DO BETTER AND STOPTAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT DON’T FEEL VALUED.
