“Tony's vs Dealership
The air shocks went out in our Equus, so we took it to a dealership. One of the service technicians was so rude to my husband when he called a couple of days later to check on the progress that he called later to apologize. After almost a week, they finally quoted repairs at $9,218, then mentioned buying the car from us when we balked at the quote -- oh, hell no. We were forced to pay a $400 "diagnostic fee," even though it was painfully obvious what was wrong as the car was almost dragging on the ground AND we told them what was wrong when we took it there.
We had our car towed from the dealership to Tony's. Tony was very kind and sympathetic and actually helped us source the replacement parts to purchase ourselves and keep the price down -- they were $554. Once the parts came in, Tony had our car repaired in less than a day at a price of $455. No diagnostic fee, no waiting a week, no rudeness, no BS.
So.....dealership = $9,618....Tony's = $1,009. Guess who will have ALL of our car repair business from now on? Guess who we will recommend every time a friend or neighbor needs any type of car work done? I cannot recommend Tony's Automotive Repair strongly enough -- a repair shop you can trust that actually cares about customers.”

i was having issues with my car shaking at fast speeds, went to t1re di5counters and was told my tires were unbalanced. they ended up just selling me new tires and not balancing them despite it being on the invoice (but i thought they did).
still having the problem a month later i wanted to go to a local place. they did an inspection for $60, i left it overnight, and the next morning got a call saying my tires were severely unbalanced (one of them was at 3.5). they balanced my tires free of charge and got me back on the road, problem solved.
the staff is super nice, they have a lot of good deals and perks. i will definitely be going back i love the service and prices here!”
“Excellent experience. I called in the afternoon and got an appointment for the following morning. I was back in my car less than 24 hours after I called. New brake pads and rotors on both axles. Getting estimates texted to me for approval before any work was a nice touch. Smooth operation.”
“I had the best experience with Ian at Ashley’s and I want to make sure everyone knows all about their fantastic employee! I was having a really bad day and dreaded going to pick up this U-Haul truck.. I hate moving! I was so irritated that I had to go to 2nd street to pick it up and it was SOOO hot outside! I walked in Ashley’s and Ian was behind the counter and he immediately spoke to me and helped me with my issues and all of the worries I had when I walked in the front door went away! I felt like I was talking to my brother or my son! We laughed and had great conversation! I’m not sure what it was about him but he was amazing! Way to go Ian! 5 stars for you my friend! “All 4 of the tires on my 7 year old truck were slowly losing air pressure. I thought maybe the tires were too old or there was some failure around the valve stems. The guy here at lee tire spent about 1/2 hour inspecting and spraying the tires, assessing them. Finally, checking the valve stem cores identified the problem, and tightening them has proven to be the answer. It's now been 2 weeks, and the tires are holding pressure. Here's the bonus: the service was free. What a great experience.”

“I discovered I had a leak in my valve stem heading to work; I pulled to a bay door just to get some air, I was gonna worry with the issue the next day when I had more time, but the tire tech Ben was more then helpful. It turned out to be a loose valve core. He replaced it and had me back on the road. In the grand scheme of things, it was a small quick fix, but Ben made my life a lot easier with his help and his great attitude. I’ll definitely be back when I need tires.”
