If I could give zero Stars I would. None of the hoses are working and and torn up laying all over and the ones that are working the section is horrible. I know it's a free vacuum but I pay pretty good money to get my car washed to detail it afterwards. I used to love that place. It was fabulous when it first opened and now there's trash everywhere in the parking lot. The hoses aren't working. The sprayers aren't working. Unfortunate. I'll never go back there again

One person on shift. People waiting to get in and leaving because the attendant is trying to sign up people. This location is definitely one that needs to have 2 people on per shift.

Purchased a membership plan on Thursday. Returned on Sunday for a wash. My fast pass wasn't working so an employee came out to help. Said it might not be working at the lane so went inside to check it. Came back out and said I didn't have a membership. I presented my receipt and fast pass but was still told i didn't have a membership. He identified himself as the "GM" and said there was nothing that he could do and I would have to purchase another membership. Guess I will have to contact the owner or corporate.

I paid my $12, pulled up to get my wash and safety cone was blocking me. I waited then tapped my horn. Nothing. Did again. Then saw the attendant talking on his phone in the office. I laid on the horn. He ran out mad. Demanded I roll down my windows and he chewed me out. Said he was alone... and he was. Finally he sent me through only the car was fifty when done. Some of the brushes never turned. I drove around and demanded to go through again. My last trip to that place.
