Jennifer, we wanted to reach out to you regarding employee 222009…..Let me start by saying we are from Orlando…came to see Keith Urban in Kentucky then went to Louisville…we were coming back through Lexington saw your store and dropped in…employee 222009…was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable….and just an overly nice person…we left our goods for her to wrap and box…her last words to us were…” don’t laugh when you receive your box” ……our box came 10-12 and we couldn’t have been happier with the amount of care taken to ensure our goods made it in one piece!!! These type of employees are hard to come by now days and just wanted to pass this info!! We appreciate you!!! Michelle Campbell

Absolute trash. The store did not have a Notary on duty I ask where another ups store was that had a notary on duty the clerk said she didn’t know. I ask a few more questions and she keep saying she didn’t know and informed me she was brand new and had no idea how anything worked at The UPS Store. To make it better she was the only one present at the store. I will never be back to this store.
