Had two full boxes of tile and a gallon of unopened adative to return.i called ask if we could return she said yes if not opened, nothing mentioned about 60 days. We drove 45 minutes. Would not take back due to over 60 days which I couldn’t get contractors there in that time. But what was disappointing was at the desk they told us all was good drive to the back to unload and come back in we will give you a refund. Went in the girl said sorry you are over 60 days. Why did she not tell us that in the beginning so much trouble for nothing.so disappointing.

Check your tile this place has been ridiculous to deal with and problems for weeks! They were no help in fixing the issues either

Nice tile, but I walked out with way more than I needed for a small project. Turns out they sold me a box that had been opened, but will only take back full boxes. I my first experience here, and think I will move on. Not only a waste of my money, but a waste of an almost full box of tile.

Excellent customer service! My sales associate, Kristin Mclure, was patient and very helpful in assisting me with designing my new bathroom. They stand behind their products and sales. The store manager, Trent Barrett, was fantastic! They go above and beyond with service and stock beautiful high quality materials.

My parents live an hour and a half away from The Tile Shop located in Lexington. They decided to drive to Lexington to give them their business. They purchased $2000 worth of tile and had some untouched pieces leftover. During the time of purchase, they said to bring it back whenever! The contractor doing the bathroom took longer than expected to finish and we tried to take the untouched tile back. When we tried to take the untouched tile back we were made aware there was a 60 day return policy, but we were not made aware of this during the time of purchase. We tried to return it TWO days past the return policy deadline and they still refused. Mind you my parents live an hour and a half away! When we initially tried to return, the manager wasn’t there and said they said he would call us the next day he was back to work. He never called and I had to call myself. The manager (I believe his name is Brendan) was SO hateful on the phone when my parents called to discuss the issue - he even hung up on them. Absolutely horrible and they will NOT be getting our business ever again.

This store is incapable of doing anything right. They messed up every order from the beginning to the end. No knowledge about different types of tile, terrible service. Don't do business with this store.

My tiles are amazing but I had a box left unopened and they won't accept after a 90 day return. I was not told at the time of purchase. This should have been explained to the customer there policy return. Very unprofessional customer service.
