Now they were a 4 star apartment at best before new management. They literally have no idea about resident consideration anymore and plan as sporadically as they possibly can. In two weeks we’ve gotten emails about management coming into our apartments for inspection on the day it’s supposed to happen. That’s preposterous. You send out an email for tree work three days before their scheduled start.??what happens to people out of town. I came back to a towed vehicle at my own expense. Great apartment but if you want privacy and resident consideration… it’s not for you. Let’s not talk about their new package system where you can’t entirely track where your package has been effectively. Changing systems that work to something I can’t entirely describe with words. Good luck living there. My best guess you mean the two shabby emails that look like threats on Friday to start work on Monday? If you think three weekend days is enough notice for such delicate business, then we need a new business strategist. P.s if you think you sent out more than this then your mailing system needs a rehash, because i don’t get mailbox notifications either and I’ve been to the offices.

We have lived here for over a year and it’s been very peaceful. I have enjoyed the amenities! Management has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance always fixed any issues that we had. They are working on upgrading the apartments. The windows and sliding glass door definitely need to be replaced. The bathroom needs to be upgraded; the tub, tile, and toilet are way outdated. Hot air comes in windows/sliding glass door during summer and cold air during winter months. Overall, we have enjoyed our time here. We have terminated our lease early due to moving out of town. We weren’t happy about the $1500 termination fee added since we were already paying for a 60 day notice. It is what it is. It will definitely be better when every apartment is renovated. It was nice having a raised garden bed to grow some veggies. The swimming pool, gym, club house is super nice! If you are considering an apartment this place is worth checking out.

My floor was messed up from my anxiety filled dog ripping it up. When I first reached out it was not the greatest experience. It felt like I was a hassle, until I realized that the director should have been involved. She really turned around my experience for me. The floor was fixed as soon as she could take care of it and it ended up looking GREAT!! Just look at the before and after. She always remembers me when we see each other and we will even just stand and chat for a while. She is always so great and has given me the best experience. She sees you as a person who sometimes struggles, but also that this is my home. I love that about her. I would definitely recommend living here!

Biggest mistake I’ve ever made was moving here. All these people want to do is take your money and charge you for every little thing. The communication with the leasing office is absolutely terrible. They suck at getting back to you but so quick to hit you with an extra charge. When I go into the office to complain, it’s “oh you should’ve known”. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. It’s no “luxury apartment” here. So I wonder where all the extra fees we are being charged go to?! The whole year I lived here the “laundry room” never worked. They closed down the clubhouse with indoor pool and BATHROOMS for months now. Whoever is out at the pool, which now closes early, has to urinate in the portal potty or walk back to their apartment. How absurd is that!! Not to mention, getting harrassed by an old white bald man that lives in the residency when it’s closing time at the pool. So yea RUN from this place.

Lived here for a year, starting off my first floor apartment had cockroaches and was never cleaned before I moved in (dog hair everywhere, items left on rugs). The leasing office never did a walk through with me because of weather and when I reported issues hours later they told me "I signed to the conditions". I eventually got this resolved and paid an exceeded price to get an upgraded "discounted" apartment. Gym always had problems, leaking ceiling's , pool time also had its quirks despite how it is advertised and I literally caught a man going through mine and other tenants laundry, told management, and they told me "I wasn't in danger" and walked him back to his apartment right across the street from the laundry unit. They sent me an invoice of charges to pay even though they revoked access to my account (making me unable to do anything unless it was in person) then sent it to collections regardless. I moved to a different complex in Lexington, have been there over a year and cant complain. There are better options.

Great complex, many extra fees on top of rent amount. Great maintenance once order put in order taken care within 24 hours many times same day. Amenities are great when they are accessible or are user friendly. Staff very friendly.

I haven’t moved in yet but Hannah made my experience up to this point pleasant and painless. She answered all my questions and she was very knowledgeable about what I was asking! The place looks great and smells great! I plan on moving in this weekend! My apartment looks great and clean! I’m very very happy so far with the Racquet Club Apartments! Thank You so much Hannah! U are great!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Charged for water that was paid and flooring that was not needing replaced, when asked to see a picture they send a picture of another apartments bathroom. If you value feeling safe or where your money goes don’t live here. Our cars were broken into multiple times and the apartment just told us to keep valuables out of the cars. Brittney at the front office is argumentative and combative when bringing any issues to her attention. Avoid living here if you have any sense.
