Since moving to Lexington we have used three different Pharmacies. We like to use a pharmacy near home. The Pharmacy Shop has been the friendliest by far. It’s nice to be called by your name. Service is great.

It is so important to support independent pharmacies like this one! The owners and employees know me when I come in. They are informed about what my family members and I need. It is so rare to receive personal service like this, and so critical for good health. I can’t recommend the Pharmacy Shop highly enough!

I have been going to the Pharmacy Shop for close to 25 years. Clarence and Amanda are both knowledgeable pharmacists who really care about their customers. The rest of the staff is wonderful and always helpful, they have all become dear friends. I would recommend the Pharmacy Shop to anyone who wants a small town feel with staff who genuinely cares. I would not go anywhere else.

I always get VIP treatment at the Pharmacy Shop. It feels like my hometown pharmacy in Mount Vernon, where I grew up. Clarence and Karen Sullivan are very kind as are all the staff.

The owner, Clarence Sullivan, is one of the shadiest people to do business with. Be careful about your money and extra charges to your account.

I got my RSV vaccination here, and Amanda was so professional and polite! They also offer some basic blood tests for cheap, like if you want to check your cholesterol or A1C. They will be offering other services soon, like a machine to catch cancers on your face before the cancer visibly shows up! They don't diagnose, but you can take the results to your dermatologist. I easily found parking too as they are located in a larger mini-mall (next to a chocolate shop if you're in the mood!). Also Critchfield's is nearby in the same mini-mall if you want some delicious fried chicken!

For 5 months now, it has taken 8-10 days to get my prescription filled; every month. Out of frustration I switched to a different compounding pharmacy and they had it ready the same day. I don't know how a place this unorganized stays in business.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Shopping local in Lexington certainly starts here on Southland Drive amongst the other beloved businesses that the community embraces.
