Hands down best customer service I’ve gotten at a jewelry store. I got my first piece of David Yurman here and upgraded my original engagement ring. They were so helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Great service, fast repairs, lovely inventory of wonderful pieces, and friendly people--I love this jewelry store. I've purchased a few things here, and I've seen other things I want to get for my partner and children. I expect I will get a fair price, and have a good selection to choose from.

Terrible business!!! The first time I went there to have my ring serviced they kept it for a long, long time. They said that they had a family emergency and that was why they were delayed. It took so long that they eventually hand delivered it to my home. I figured something like this could only happen once, so I returned to have a wedding band made for my 10th anniversary. Again, their estimated date went WAY, WAY over. They again stated that there had been a family emergency (mind you, this was a few years later!) and that they simply couldn't have the ring done in time. Eventually, I got my ring. Within 1 1/2 years one of the diamonds fell out. I had moved out of state so I had the ring fixed elsewhere. Fast forward another year and a half. Another diamond has fallen out and 4 prongs now need to be repaired. Shoddy work, continued money going into the ring and never ending frustration. I can not and will not ever recommend this business.

I bought a diamond engagment ring and wrap for my wife here. I was very happy with the staff and the especially the price!!! I went back and bought Pandora bracelets as Christmas gifts and was very impressed the staff remembered me and were a tremendous help once again. I highly recommend!
