Before I listed my house with Deuce, it was listed with a different agent and had little to no traffic or interest. Deuce patiently explained some strategies that he felt would help sell my house. He also went out of his to work with the buyers and myself which made the whole process easier than I expected. Deuce is honest, to the point and has lots of experience. In other words, he knows what he doing.
Thanks, Deuce. It was cool watching your skills in action. You are definitely... The Man!

As an investor I’ve purchased several homes through the Deuce Kirk Real Estate Team and am always so thankful for their guidance. Deuce and Amy are knowledgeable, professional, patient and sensitive to the specific needs of individual clients. When unforeseen issues arose during our most recent transaction involving 2 homes (both selling and purchasing), they were totally on top of them. They scheduled the necessary contractors (they know everyone!) and both Deuce and Amy met them at the house and FaceTimed to keep me in the loop when I was out of town. That was a godsend, and so very appreciated. I truly don’t think these closings would be going through if not for their diligence and incredible work ethic. Thanks in part to them I’m getting top dollar for my property! Highly, highly recommend!!

I have worked with Deuce over many years buying and selling numerous properties. Deuce has always delivered great results in an extremely professional manner. I recently sold a condominium I had owned for years through Deuce with the same great result. Deuce and his team researched the area for comps, worked with me to determine a realistic market value, listed the condo, scheduled numerous showings immediately, and the condo was sold within 3 days at well over asking price.
