Debbie made the move in process really easy. Very friendly. And we love our new apartment so clean. And maintence is on top of it. Would definitely recommend them .

I am OVERWHELMED with excitement for finding my new home here! I was extremely nervous in the beginning as we all know finding a suitable place that fits your needs are stressful to begin with. However from the moment I touched down at this property I was treated with such care and professionalism by the staff. 2 particular individuals stuck out to me, Tim Lainhart was thorough with showing me units that accommodated my search straight from the get go! He was friendly, informative and knowledgeable of the property and its residents which told me he takes GREAT pride in what he does. This for me was a definite deciding factor to apply. The icing on the cake was the connection and love that Debbie Brockman gave me. She was conscious of my needs and went above and beyond to walk me through the process. Communication was FANTASTIC. The units are newly remodeled and very modern. I would HIGHLY suggest looking into making this community your home if you are looking, its super convenient to everything.

After living here for about 6 months, I'm really happy with our townhouse. The management and maintenance crew have been fantastic to work with.
We've had a fair share of issues with a newly renovated unit, but the landlord and maintenance crew always went above and beyond to quickly fix the issue and make everything right -- the manager even personally called us to make sure we were happy. I trust this team has our interests at heart and I feel good about living here in the future.
The renovated units are fantastic, everything is new and has been a joy to live in. The outside landscaping and amenities leave something to be desired though. I would love to see an updated workout room soon.
Overall I'm happy at The Landing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

we’ve rented at a lot of different places, and none of them have ever been anything like this. we toured many places before choosing this one, and it was the best decision we’ve made. the unit is beautiful and spacious, the appliances are all clean and new and functional. debbie has been so kind, helpful, and responsive. any time we’ve ran into a problem, had questions, or just wanted to know about the property she has been on top of it, and she has been very professional. both debbie and tim, the maintenance guy, have emailed me back and fixed the problems extremely promptly, even on holidays. so far this experience has been one i can’t recommend enough, and i can’t wait to continue living here and getting to work with this incredible team. these people are amazing and this company has been delightful so far.

Debbie made the move in process very easy. I work from home and didn’t have much time to stop by and talk in person. She worked with my needs and We took care of everything communicating via email and text. She was very friendly and informative.The maintenance man Tim also was very nice. We submitted a work order to have a minor repair done and he worked it the same day. He came in first thing in the morning and made sure we were content with the repairs made. He was polite and respectful of our property as well. So far, it’s been a great experience since we’ve been here.The complex is also really quiet which is a plus for me. I hardly ever hear the neighbors and when I walk my furry friend, the people walking theirs too are also respectful and mind their own.

Deb is the best!
Me and my girlfriend were a bit hesitant about looking for new apartments after our last nightmare of an apartment, but Deb was there with us from signing of the lease to move in day, helping and reassuring us that our apartment would be exactly as mentioned. If i could give more stars I would ... thanks deb:)

Maintenance has been great since Tim took over. He is quick, efficient and never cuts corners. Tim is super friendly and respectful, even went out of his way to help us with a heavy package. The Landing is on the right path to make this place great with hiring Tim.

Edit 5/10/23 to say Tim did a fantastic job on a leak repair today. He was courteous, fast, and clean! It was messy work but he got the job done quick and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Tim!Under previous management this review would not be 5 stars. A lot of us here are still in outdated units but the new ownership and maintenance crew are working to change that as units become vacant, even offering to move tenants to renovated units as they become available. I recently had an issue with my fridge and the previous crew "fixed" it several times but it continually cut out and cost me several rounds of groceries. It finally cut out again and the new crew came in to repair and immediately recognized what had been missed and although they could not find the part they needed to fix it, provided me a temporary fridge within the day and a permanent one the following day. They also have been speaking to people around the complex about any issues they've been having. This new crew is timely, efficient, professional, and really seem to care. They definitely know what they're doing, and remember faces and are sure to follow up if they see you around the complex. Absolutely stellar team.
