They got my ring and were supposed to resize it. I was told they would have it done on a date. Not only did they not call me to tell me there was a problem and it wasn't going to happen but then they tried to tell me the reason was because it wasn't gold, it ws sterling silver. I had to take it to another shop which confirmed it was gold. Thanks, Castle, for ruining my day. You guys suck.

I am not from the area I actually live two hours away. I stopped here looking for an opal ring. Vincent was absolutely amazing! He knew what I was looking for and showed me all of my options and then some. The business was clean, the staff was friendly, the selection that they have is large and beautiful! I left the store with exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back to the store and recommend anyone looking for quality jewelry at a lower price this is definitely the best place that I've been to. I’ve never been to a jewelry pawn shop before. I decided to take my chances and visit this one to sell a ring set I’ve had (and really needed to part with finally). The store is so inviting and clean, they had it decorated so cute as well. Amy helped look at my ring set, and I was fine with the price as I just wanted it sold. It was very inviting in there, so if you feel intimidated by the stigma of a “typical pawn shop feel” then definitely check this place out because the women are so helpful and knowledgeable, and it didn’t feel overwhelming! They have a wide variety of beautiful things and vintage estate jewelry as well. It was cool to look around while I was waiting. Thank you all for the help! I will be back!

A great place to buy jewelry. If you are looking for unique pieces you definitely want to give this place a try. I find the staff to be kind and very knowledgeable about the fine jewelry industry. They have a wide variety of brand new and used estate jewelry. They also give more than fair prices when you are trying to sell jewelry. The staff goes above and beyond for me no matter what I dress like. Love this place and would go nowhere else for my jewelry needs.

I've never been here before. I went to the Richmond rd location. I thought maybe I will buy myself a gift. I didn't see one thing I liked...not one. You get 4 stars because I asked if they cleaned jewelry when I came in and he said yes, then asked me if it was coming out of my ears, he didn't want to touch anything that is coming out of any "orifices" my ears were clearly visible, and completely void of jewelry, and I was removing 3 rings.... so 4 stars, I get it, but if he saw me whip my dress up for a belly ring ( I'm 57, no need for belly jewels) then he could have politely said, I'm sorry, only rings, necklace and bracelets. Sigh

Had such a very unpleasant experience at this location. From the moment I entered the store I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted in a store ever! The sales rep that greeted well I should say not greeted but hesitantly approached me and said with a bothered attitude ugh what do you need? looking at me like I wasn't good enough to be in there. And before I could finish saying while I was in there and what I needed I was abruptly cut off and told and we don't deal with that item here. After saying that he snarled his nose and rolled his eyes and turned away from me making me feel like you can leave now and don't come back. I have never had any business or employee of a business make me feel so unwanted and beneath them ever. I definitely do not recommend this facility at all and do not recommend ever doing business with them I know that I will not. I don't care if they started selling gold 24 karat gold for 10 cents an ounce or golden diamond jewelry for a dollar I would never buy nothing from these people they made me feel so unwanted in there it was so embarrassing I hope that no one ever has to feel the way I did in a business I give them one star but if I could I would have gave them negative five stars I just cannot believe a business would make someone feel so horrible beware very uninviting place very rude employees

Said I would buy something before I walked in if they would help me fix a watch to the right size the guy has the audacity to tell us he dint have the tools to do it at a jewelry store. I'll buy at a corporate place now

My wedding ring was destroyed after being cut off by an expensive jeweler. I was devastated, my husband wanted to buy me a replacement. The lady at the Castle was so sweet and no pressure. We bought a beautiful ring in the estate section. I love it! It was a little big, and I didn’t want a resize, so they gave me a free ring guard. I was very impressed! I live out of state, but I’m from Kentucky. I will buy from here from now and wait for my visits to Kentucky! Thank you!

these ppl are so rude! don't waste your time or $ at this place. Just got a really good deal on a car so had so extra $ so thought I would buy myself something sparkly. Drop in there last week after work, I guess I should have went home and dressed up before shopping there. Because when I asked to see something, she didn't make a move to get it and just said that's really expensive. I guess she just assumed that i'm broke? Doesn't matter now, I wouldn't spend a quarter at this place
