I really love the products, the tapestries are cute and the incense selection is amazing, it has a great store layout, and above all the employees are amazing. I've never had a terrible experience.
However, after reading about the anti-mask controversy and other things, I have to reconsider supporting this business.
Shop where you want, but I probably won't be back here.

Come in weekly and buy things to do stuff with from out of town, the drive is always worth it due to the quality of product and INSANE customer service. I seem to always get helped by this dude named Eric and it's honestly a breath a fresh air compared to the abysmal levels of customers services you get from other places.

I don't know how to better say this! They were polite at selling me something that broke within an hour of purchasing it.
That being said, I returned to the store explained what the deal was, and that I was recommended this device to later hear another employee say to me, that the person who I talked to didn't know jack about it!!!!WOW!!!!! SO....... it's been over a month now and all I get is we don't have it yet we will call you. I'm tired of waiting, Moneys already waisted! It was a gift to me and honestly the whole experience is a negative vibe! They could have replaced it with something different by now but instead they want to give me a 30% discount on my next purchase or I wait God knows how long for a replacement. I've already spent money once and why would I buy something else! Why not fair trade me cause it's your employee who recommended this or else I wouldn't of even thought twice about buying it!
