I would stay away from Allstate or if you have to, definitely not this particular office. Customer service is horrible and the office manager is a lier.
I went into the office to get help with a claim. The office manager was really nice and said she'd contact the claim center for me and gave me updates in the afternoon. If things didn't work out Terril would help. This was all a lie. She didn't contact the claim center or call me that afternoon or ever after. I called the office 1-2 weeks later she became very rude and said there's nothing they could do except uploading pictures for me. She then went on to gave me a lecture about how the roofing companies try to cheat the insurance company. I was horrified by the attitude and the way they treat their customers.
Below is about my claim. The adjuster acknowledged hail damage to the box vents and all the soft metals but none on the shingles despite the roofing company provided more than 10 pictures of hail damage to the shingles. To replace the box vents the surrounding shingles will be damaged but they would not cover that damage at this point. At the same time, several of my neighbors had their roof replaced with no problem from their insurance company.

A woman ran a stop sign, hit me, and Allstate put my account on probation. The app is awful and their billing system is difficult to read.

All state is very awesome on quote and are very quick to respond to any questions, i real appreciated my agent who always is ready to adjust my price and respond to my questions, I will mentioned her name, Terrell she is awesome. Its is the cheapest in Lexington I have 4 cars with them and pay 2500 in six months you w not found this anywhere. I will recommend them 100%

I appreciate the level of customer service received every time I contact the office. A few minutes of assistance, answering a question, or returning a call in a good time frame makes for a good experience.I sought out Terrill's office after having several bad experiences with my previous agency, and I am glad that I did.

I am moving to the Lexington area soon. I have been an Allstate customer for years with two previous homes in Maryland . Terrill Williams and her agency in Lexington have been very responsive to my needs in buying my new home in Lexington. I was given all the possible options that I might need and the price was very competitive. As soon as I settle in Lexington I will be adding My two cars as well.
