PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT BUY AN ITEM FRM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a mattress about 3 years ago. The mattress has split and all the insides are coming out all over my room. There are actual coils coming through. Per their warranty page this seems VERY COMMON. But due to a small stain they denied my claim. I contacted customer support who actually GHOSTED ME. I then spoke with the team in Kentucky who said there is a minor stain the warranty is void. Now this stain is nowhere near the split and is extremely tiny. They DO NOT CARE. They basically said you’re “dissatisfied “ and we don’t care. They closed the case. Don’t spend 3-5 k on a mattress this company does NOT Stand by, please do not follow my mistakes.

We clicked the wrong pillow type while ordering and they will not offer and exchange for the correct type. We haven’t even used the product. This is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service if you were thinking of purchasing an overpriced mattress with no backing behind their warranty. You may want to rethink it.

Terrible customer service, I bought my bed in 2019, now it's crippling me everyday, full blown neck back and hip pain. My bed didn't pass the quarter test. One funny thing about that, a foam mattress isn't going to sag because it's a foamy material. So I was immediately denied my exchange. I'm well within my ten year warranty. Your product is destroying my body. I HAVE FILED WITH THE BBB AND FTC. and I'm going to follow up with them everyday until Justice is served. Thieving liars, Google about them there are hundreds of thousands of complaints online about the pain and lack of care from this company. Also quick side note the escalation manager also threw it out there in my email that my mattress is "stained in the sag area, and also that I didn't provide proof of purchase. But my receipt is in the pictures.. But stands firm on denying Me an exchange . When I made my purchase there didn't exist a mattress protector for the power base beds yet. But I'm definitely calling the FTC daily this is absurd an disgusting.

I purchased a $3,500 mattress from them and I just went to process of warranty claim four years after purchase. The mattress has a 10-year warranty on it. I purchased a firm mattress but it has lost all support where the buttocks and lower back sit on both sides of the bed. I lost 2 in off my vertebrae in the military, so I need to have a firm mattress. The mattress did work out well at first, but over time it started to decline. I process a warranty claim and they told me because I laid a rod across the bed and put a quarter up against it that it did not measure 3/4 of an inch of sagging so they cannot approve my claim along with telling me that my frame was not a proper support structure. What a joke! It definitely provided the proper support needed for the mattress. They will make every excuse possible for them not to fill a warranty claim please do not buy your mattress from them. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. You have lost a customer for life.

I know I only spent $1,769 on the mattress, however, after almost 2 years it has no support on both sides the support is in the middle of the bed. The warranty Dept is ridiculous, send pictures, uploaded 6 pictures and the files do not open. I am on a walker and had cervical decompression fusion in February 2023. Customer service is atrocious! A family member purchased a $500.00 mattress from Costco, and received better service then this!!!

Salespeople at flagship store do an excellent job and Tempurpedic is lucky to have such good employees on their sales floor.But after the sale, be prepared for a horrible customer experience as you wait weeks before being contacted (via an unrecognizable text with a link that gives you 2 optional days (out 1 or 2 weeks further).After choosing a day to take off work be prepared for the automated message that tells you you will get a text the day prior to that day with a 4 hour window. Be prepared to not receive a text until 2pm that prior day that says your 4 hour window is actually not in the daytime. Be prepared to have no way to effectively contact anyone at the delivery company or anyone at Tempurpedic beyond the people who sold it to you, who also have no ability to contact anyone.Be prepared to spend 1-2 hours trying to reach someone, and when you do, to find that the good nights sleep you need, is needed even more from the hassles of spending top dollar for a bed that can’t effectively be delivered.Tempurpedic may have technologically advanced beds, but they certainly don’t know how to treat a customer. That high price you pay is for poor service and treatment. Go elsewhere!

Horrible horrible experience and customer service. Had a 3rd warranty powerbase ordered not only did Tempur pedic take the entire amount of 2486$ out of my account for the base which was supposed to be free they also took there sweet time giving it back to me. When it was finally delivered it was not white glove service. Delivery guy said he was not trained in hooking up bed but also was told he was just dropping it off. Delivery guy (singular) cause that’s all they sent also drug the bed throughout me brand new house and scratched up my brand new stained concrete floors which can’t be fixed without redoing the entire floor. Been trying to resolve all theseIssues for over 2 weeks now with no success. Owner of company needs to reevaluate his customer service people or at least figure out a system that is actually going to work. If this bed wasn’t on credit I would have returned it already just because of the horrible customer service I receive. Also when you try to call them you get told that your hold time is 3-4 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to an hr for anyone to call you back. They need to get it together. There customer service reps work 8-8 but the people or managers that can make the decisions only work 10-4 or 10-5. If that’s the case why open from 8-8. Also if you put a ticket in on the website or send an email that doesn’t get replied to either. Do not buy if you are looking for customer service after the buy. Included in this review are some of the pictures of my brand new now destroyed floors thanks to their delivery service. Didn’t have delivery service like that the first 2 times.

Tempurpedic# does not have the product quality or warranty that I was led to believe based on my experience. My bed failed after just 7 months and slants to one side with a deep sag. It has taken months of work to get a warranty approved only for me to discover it will cost an additional $1,200 to “replace” it with the same bed due to the price I paid (on sale) and today’s inflated msrp (no sale permitted). This is on top of already paying over $2,300 for a twin XL. I have requested negotiations for a refund using the company process. My submission letter was sent registered mail has not even been acknowledged as received after several weeks. The products, warranty and customer service needs major improvements. It appears to me that their budget is spent flooding the industry with availability and marketing. The loop needs to balance after sales to customer satisfaction and service. I do not recommend Tempurpedic# because there are better options for mattresses with lower pricing and higher quality. I will update my posting when I have further information based on my requests to resolve the matter. I just want to return it and get refunded, not pay even more for a replacement. When shopping for a new mattress, do your own research and look at all options. There are many options other than Tempurpedic#. May you have restful nights and peaceful sleep!June 20- This is an update to happily report that Tempurpedic honored their warranty and just delivered another mattress as even exchange. I paid $175 delivery charges plus taxes. It was a lot of effort and persistence from me before resolution after more than a year. I thank them for doing the right thing and hope good customer service becomes their norm rather than my exception. I will rate them again after using the new mattress. HUGE LETDOWNThis is a review of the Tempur-pedic Adapt Topper with (additional $) Cooling feature.I am a senior and live on a very tight, squeezed, fixed income. I am also single, so one income only. I suffer from degenerative disc disease. After reading reviews on the Tempur-Pedic website that stated this Mattress topper would take the pressure off both your lower back and even your hips, I made the investment which came to almost $300. (I was also lured by their offer of a 30% discount.)The Adapt Mattress Topper was a colossal disappointment/waste of money. It is NOTHING but a slab of ‘sponge’. But more importantly, it did absolutely nothing to help my back issues. And Shockingly, upon removing the cover to launder, I observed rips and even deep gashes in this Topper. This was early on after purchase. I ended up removing it altogether from my bed. To my great chagrin, it made my back WORSE.I hope this helps someone! I have attached photos of the gashes and slits.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their customer service is horrible. I bought a very expensive mattress four months ago and it is already breaking down. It sags and has broken apart but good luck getting them to do anything about it. The customer service is non existence. Go elsewhere.
