Amazing florist! Seriously my number one call anytime I need anything in the flower department. Mellow did my wedding and it was STUNNING. I had a destination wedding and she was able to pull off a stunning orchid bouquet that was beyond my wildest dreams. She works so hard to stay within your budget and still bring gorgeous floral designs to the table. Love love love this florist. A+++++

This review is in response to the comments place here by Nalini S. We worked tirelessly with is customer to try and stay within her budget and meet her very large requests. While we did give an initial verbal estimate we also stated numerous times that it was not a hard number and was only a guess as to what her final quote would be. Once we sat down with the customer and had a clear picture of what she wanted (which turned out to be numerous custom items for a very elaborate Indian wedding ceremony) we did provide a written quote. We then tried tirelessly through meetings, emails and phone conversations to redesign and rework the requests to fit her very small budget. After exhausting all avenues and possibilities to meet the customers budget the customer decided to not use us as her wedding florist. Our contract clearly states if you cancel the contract the wedding date reservation fee is non refundable. It also states that we will charge for excessive consultations which we DID NOT do in this case. I have been in the floral industry for 25 years and take customer service very seriously. It is the life blood of our business and we go above a beyond to satisfy our clients. Please contact us if you would like recommendations from our many satisfied customers.

Hi, A piece of good advice to all TCG Floral customers especially brides looking for floral decorations for the wedding. 1. Please make sure Mellow the owner knows exactly what you want and ask her to price it in writing so you are not surprised about 6 weeks before the wedding with a quote that is double what was said earlier. 2. My impression is that she is not aware of the cost of the flowers and this could result in her initially underestimating the cost and wasting a lot of your time. I was told about 6 weeks before the wedding that the cost of the flower arrangements would be double and I had to scramble to find another florist. Also, she said she would refund the deposit as it was her fault that we could not go with her but in the end she did not give us back the money. SS

I recently had a client pass away due to the flooding we experienced here in April. This man was part of a really tight-knit group of co-workers who loved each other and who all happened to be my clients as well. I called Mellow at TCG Floral simply because her store is close to the office I was going to visit. She was a joy to speak to. She recommended that I mix in flowers with a potted plant so that the recipients could keep the plant alive in the memory of their lost friend. When I explained this to my clients, it brought thewomen AND men to tears. This type of thoughtfulness and insightful touch is the very thing that adds a quality you just can't put a price tag on. My anniversary is coming up and I can give you one guess where I'll be taking my business!
