I was visiting Lexington for the first time. I actually thought I was on a hidden camera show. This Target was so dirty. The carpet by the carts looks like it has not been vacuumed since Christmas. There were clothes throw everywhere. When I looked at the reviews it seems like they have been operating this way for a while. Disappointing.

Came here specifically to try on and buy maternity clothes around 7:45pm. I had an arm full of items to try on and was met with a "dressing room closed" sign. I asked a nearby worker if they could call a manager for me. The manager would not make an exception. Target is one of the only places with in-person maternity shopping but I was beyond disappointed... I thought they may let me in after I explained, because I'm normally not the ask for help, but they said no.

My experience was a wonderful one! I ordered online and picked up in store. The product I purchased(bamboo wood tray) was of good quality, very sturdy. Staff greeted me as I was figuring out where to go to pick up my item because it had been a while since i did a pick up order! Staff noticed i was a little unaware of where to go and immediately assisted me with a smile and a helping hand, very pleasant and polite. As i waited for my purchase a couple of more staff walked by with a smile and asked if I needed any help! Seemed to be a Great team of people! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

What in the Dollar General did I just walk into? This store is an absolute mess and a complete joke. All levels of management should be let go and replaced with someone who can turn that disaster around. The worst Target I have ever been to.

Ordered something for pick up, currently still sitting here waiting, 20 min so far and 9 cars later. Spot 5. 1 item. I have faith y'all can do it. I need to order my tent as well to camp out but I probably won’t get that either, curb feeling cozy

If you're going to force me to use the self check out...
Had an employee towering over me while I went through the self-checkout. Was not doing anything suspicious, was actually trying to read the directions to get a target points thing. Moving really slow and relaxed as proceeded to cash out. I looked at her and she just stared at me less than two feet leaning up against the register like a gremlin waiting to pounce. It already irritates me that companies force people to use self-checkout and you don't see a reduction in product prices but you reduce your workforce and don't increase pay for them. . But to force your customers to use self-checkout because you only have one lane open with the long line and then stand over their shoulder and breathe down their necks like they are thieves is abhorrent. This is a simple place to shop. They keep it not cluttered, and most time to get into what you need to find easily because they don’t move it all around to different places and most the time everything is pretty well stocked.

Your store is terrible. Merchandise is thrown about everywhere. Dressing rooms were closed due to too many items inside and was a “hazard” yet not one employee was back there working to put things away. Empty Starbucks cups just sitting around the store and not in trash. Always disappointed when I come to this Target location:
