I use to only shop at Target, but not anymore! Terrible company and their products are getting worse then temu. The cons can have it.

This is a much older Target, but they need to hire more cashiers. Store is super understaffed. Only one or two full lanes open and the rest is self checkout. Line would typically back up near the gift cards. Maybe when the Target opens in Frankfort Kentucky, it will send some of these customers to the Frankfort Kentucky store, since we need a 4th Target store now in central Kentucky, but until then, the store has been overcrowded due to shoppers coming from surrounding counties and areas with no Target, and I don't know if Target will open a 4th store in Fayette County due to the zoning laws for commercial and residential properties.

I just spent the last 30 minutes dialing every department in the store. No one answered at any of them - in a Saturday at 5 pm.

Customer service cashier can not understand why I wanted to return the Oura ring AND the warranty. After 5 times of trying to explained the warranty does me no good to keep for a device I no longer have. Eventually the cashier scans the warranty

This store is not very clean. There was litter on the floor and the shelves were disorganized. 4 out of 5 items I wanted to purchase were out of stock.

One of the worst targets I have ever been to! Numerous occasions; clothes are scattered all over and on the ground, isles are a mess, trash literally all over entrance area, and clothing sections look like a tornado went through. Thought it was a one off day but have confirmed with a few trips. Very disappointed.

Not very clean. The clothes were everywhere. Customer Service associates weren’t knowledgeable of their products. A total mess. Worse Target experience ever.
