I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and still remember how the previous managers and sales staff were very thoughtful and knowledgeable. But NOW for the first time I feel like I was deceived by the staff of this store, at first I just thought maybe a mistake would be made until we went to the store, A lady told us the advertising information are online and phone messages. I am 100% sure that the previous staff has known this information for a long time, but she chooses who will give discounts and who will not give discounts. This is not a matter of a few dollars, but It's about how they evaluate customers. I don't know what their evaluation criteria are, whether it's your origin, the clothes you wear, or the car you drive. I was very angry and tried to control my temper, but I still have rights to choose not to buy anything from this store, so I told them I wanted to return it all, and a male salesman told me I could return it, but it kept coming The manager interjected and kept telling me what I would lose if I returned those items, telling me that I shouldn't return it. In fact, I have already bought those, and I need them, but they can be bought anywhere else. I don’t have to choose to only come to this store to consume. Mainly because they treat customers differently according to their own standards or company standards. I am Not satisfied with this, the manager kept telling me what a fool I would be to return those products. Finally she asked me for a reason. I was tempted to tell her, but I felt the need to let all guests know what was going on rather than listen to any possible excuses she will make. I don't agree with any racial discrimination and maybe it's time for our families and friends to leave this company which I've been a consumer of for over 10 years.

I've been trying to get my "free" phone unlocked since June 13th. We paid the remainder of the "free" phone off that day. We paid the bill off 2 days later. This is now June 24th and my paid "closed account" is still causing problems. I still can't use my locked phone... Thanks for ALL YOUR FAST EFFORTS, T-MOBILE!!! ??June 27th,I'm still Not unlocked!!

Wanted to upgrade phones and went in. Workers were very nice. Everything was handled fairly quickly. Definitely would go back.

This store is straight trash. It is a shame I can't give a negative score. Customer service here has never been anything but extremely poor and horrible. I won't go into the reason for my complaint, but I would rather get hit by a bus going to another location than to EVER walk in the front doors of this store again.

I went to the store on Richmond rd. Holy cow the staff was more then amazing. They made switching service, numbers, phone and everything I needed so dang easy and above and beyond in customer service..if your freaking aggregated with your current service work going to go talk to them!!
