Randomly wandered into this to mobile branch and was reminded of why I am still a T mobile customer...Over the years I have thought of leaving T mobile but when you encounter people like Drew and Derron it makes you want to stay. These 2 young men patiently reviewed every available option for new phone and service plan available. They directed me to get my insurance claim filed and phone repaired ,and set me up to get my new device. The whole time laughing and smiling! It was such a pleasant experience. I live 1.5 hours away bit will be sure to come back to this branch for my service needs.The manager Jay is doing a great job facilitating a positive work environment! Great work guys!Debra Jackson!

Was going to buy a new phone but after 15 minutes of walking around no one cared to say hello I'll be with you in a minute or anything, no comment as I walked out either. Another location can have my business since you don't want it.

I thought the service was excellent. Justin came out from the back 2mins while I was waiting in line of 3.i got a few things for my iphone14. He had me out the door in minutes. Great service here. Thanks

Came in to upgrade and trade my phone in. Was told I would get an $830 credit for my phone and would pay the remaining $100 on 24 monthly bills. Said yes. Had to pay my phone off. At the very end AFTER paying my phone off, it wants a $600+ down payment. On a $930 phone. That I was supposed to be getting a $830 credit on. How does that make ANY sense at all. Why is there a $600+ down payment when I'm getting an $830 credit, and the difference is $100??? Absolute joke.Switching to ANY OTHER carrierEdited to add in response to owner response: I have already switched to AT&T and the process was completely painless. There was no secret $600 down payment! I actually received the phone I want, and a REAL $830 credit for my phone!Thanks to AT&T for getting me right after T-Mobile tried bending me over!

we ended up in Lexington because Berea didn't have the phone we needed. The Richmond store has been closed for a while, but its service was not great. The Lexington and Berea stores were outstanding

Thanks Dillon, and Jay for great service in the store and for answering questions over the phone today as we were setting up our T Mobile Metro for internet service. We're starting our 14 day free trial period for the service and are pretty confident it will more than meet our needs...and it saves us $80/month.

Sold me a phone plan without correct features and they couldn't figure out simple problem. Spent hours online. Trips to Danville and Lexington. Employees don't seem knowledgeable. Internet ar home weak. Requires a lot of restarts.

Sales person was incredibly passive aggressive, rude, and PUSHY. He demeaned by husband’s answers the entire time. Could not take no for an answer from either of us, and said the promotions and sales change all the time and couldn’t honor one of the promotions even though the ad for it was staring us blank in the face on their TV wall.Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. Will not be going back to this location.
