Everything was great!! Unit they sent my registration and stuff to the wrong place (6 hours away) then blamed me. then he said he would send out a new temp tag that would allow me more time since they made the mistake. I tried to confirm this since I still have not got a new temp tag and the salesman G. Carter got upset and starting yelling at me and said he isn't the type of guy to mess with and that I should drive back down to him and confront each other. He was really great helping me get my vehicle but after I left and after their mistakes I don't feel like a customer. Admin and SALESMAN G. CARTER need anger management and stop blaming customers for their mistakes.

This place is the worst. They made me use their financing when I already had my own arrangemed. Surprise, theirs had a $5000 financing fee that they snuck in there so that was a lovely surprise. My credit score is 770 btw.
Edit - the $5000 finance fee was from the lender, that they chose and told me it was a better deal because they charge you for using an outside lender. It was most definitely not a better deal but they were only concerned with making a sale. I have a traumatic brain injury from the Army and this is ultimately my fault for not being able to read the paperwork properly but it's still very dishonest. Another review mentioned a similar experience.
I also didn't receive any information on the loan. I tried calling them three times to get the information, they said they would call me back but did not all three times.
I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

We purchased our Honda Odyssey from Strong Auto and it was a great experience. Family Owned and operated.
Mark, Jackie and Gary took our sienna trade in that was nearing 100k miles and helped us turn the negative equity into a Honda with less than 30k miles for the same payment.
Also found us a Ram promaster with lower miles and price than I could find anywhere for the roofing company I work at.
Great place to find quality used vehicles.

They are a group of scammers, an awful place, I don’t recommend anyone to make any deals with them. I feel so sorry about myself and about the people they’ve made a deal with. They’re liars. Don’t trust anything they tell you about the car. Take the car and get it checked out before buying , and don’t pay the full price. I payed for them to fix the car I purchased and they kept promising me to come fix the car and they kept telling me they aren’t ready to come the week after. Watch out for everything they write on the paper. They will write things you don’t know about. They have smart ways of scamming people. Everyone who works there agrees on one thing to scam you on. The car has lots of things that need to be fixed and the check engine has been on since I bought it. They told me they’d fix it all for me. Now they are refusing. There will be a day that they get karma because God was a witness. Please don’t buy if you don’t wanna get scammed by them.
Edit-You scammers told us the car has a clean title and everything. The car has been in a horrible wreck, and needs more than $4,000 for repairs . I got the oil changed and they gave us a whole list of mechanical problems. Everywhere I take it. They tell me the car is supposed to be $5,000. I took it to multiple places. You scammers scammed me for another $5,000 more. You scammers took advantage of me not having knowledge in cars and not speaking English well. A 2009 Toyota Corolla you scammers took $10,000. I have proof for everything I said. I have all the papers if anyone would like to see them. I’m responsible for everything I’ve said. They even took my car from me Toyota Corolla 2004 for $1,000 and put it for $3,500 and lied about the mileage on it to be able to sell it. It’s known now that you are all scammers and have ways of scamming. I will leave you scammers for karma to bring me my justice. I complain you scammers to God everyday. I recommend everyone to be careful and not believe you scammers. Most of their cars have been in a wreck. They even lied to the police! I called the police on them!! Be aware they will scam you!!!!! Every day there’s a new thing that’s wrong with it. I’ll leave you scammers for God. God will bring me my right. I’m waiting for you scammers to get karma from God. I wish you scammers would feel my pain when I put my check I’ve worked hard for just to fix car repairs.

I’m not usually the type to write bad reviews but…We bought a car from Strong Auto from the Salesman Michael Cheak. Just recently found out it had been in a wreck which nobody spoke about and denied till we had wrote them the check and purchased the vehicle. The tire pressure light came on as I was driving moments after I drove it away from the lot and then the car axle started leaking grease, it has a transmission hiccup, the AC won’t pass one of the settings, and the windshield liquid reservoir is leaking. Every single day there’s a new problem with it. They gave us a paper with a list of things they’d fix from the car. Strong Auto refused to fix anything till we settle in court. This dealership is extremely shady and I highly recommend to not come here for your next vehicle unless you want to live at the car garage.

I've been looking for a dependable sport/luxury vehicle for 3 months but didn't know what I wanted. Found this online and drove nearly two hours (traffic jam lol) from Louisville. This Lincoln had everything I wanted and more. Gary Carter was our salesman (busy man! lol) and he couldn't have been nicer. He answered all my questions, was honest and helpful, and let me drive it for as long as I wanted. Once we got back to the lot, I knew I'd found the one. I'm pleased with the price and the trade-in. Go see Gary and tell him Linda sent you!

Sales staff are trolling Facebook marketplace to find used vehicles to buy and flip. The offer I received sight unseen was very competitive. In order to verify the offer I brought the car to their dealership for them to inspect and review. Post inspection the offer dropped slightly because they located a scrape on the lower rear bumper I didn't know about -- the lower offer was still very fair so I agreed to sell the car. At this point all was good. While waiting on paperwork to be drawn up to complete the sale, a sales manager interjected and lowered the offer again citing 'water spots' on the hood and said that his employee who made the previous offers did not have the authority to do so. I still sold the car anyways due to my own haste, although I should have left on principle. To their credit the sale was swift/easy and the check arrived quickly. The overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth, however, and I will avoid in the future.
Edit - In response to the owner's daughter below. Members of your sales staff are reaching out on their own personal Facebook accounts to bring cars onto your lot and they are making offers - even after seeing the vehicle - that your sales manager will then not honor. I'm sure I'm not the first and I'm sure I won't be the last. Nothing against you or your father. This is just my experience at your dealership.

When I bought my jeep it was a great experience but all the lies that I was told is catching up. They tell you one thing do another. I was recommending them to lots of people but no more. 1st car I’ve been able to get on my own in years and this happens. Not only did they lie to me they lied to the bank that financed my loan. They ran my debit card without my permission and put my bank account in a very large hole.
