I contacted Staples with an iPostal inquiry and initially spoke to Mary, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful, giving the impression that my call was an inconvenience. Management should note that she could definitely benefit from additional customer service training. Thankfully, she transferred me to Autumn, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, addressing my question promptly and professionally. Five stars for Autumn's outstanding service!

I didn't get the person name but he helped me so much. I need to print off an application for my mortgage and I couldn't figure out how to do it from my phone and the person that helps me was so super nice. I just want to say thank you so much

If I could I would give this location zero stars! I'm visiting from California in the Hamburg area for a wedding and needed to return a package to Amazon. There was a female working the register when I entered on 4/8/24 she watched me walk to the returns area and knew no staff was in that area however, she never asked if I needed assistance only glanced my direction and started to walk in a different direction until I yell from a distance if anyone could assist me. She displayed a ugly face, walked toward the area I was standing in very slowly. No apologies, no greeting and when I greeted her with pleasantries she had the gall to ask me in a harsh voice "you alright " . Her customer service and attitude was unbelievable! Is it that hard to find good employees in Lexington!

We were in the store at the copy center. And my wife was needed help to see what she would need. Because she didn’t know what she needed the girl (Autumn) chuckled at her!!! Instead of explaining the different ones she thought it was funny.

I would not recommend using Staples for UPS services. They are very unorganized and cannot provide the same services as other UPS access points.

Went there to return Amazon purchase and the computer was down. The clerk says we can't do Amazon. No explanation. I had to ask why before he told me computers were down.

Pretty wild to me that Staples no longer does document printing. Went in like I have dozens of times before needing 50 copies of a flier, and I was told that Staples no longer offers that as a service. Pretty downright insane. They lost a lifelong customer for sure.

Great store. Logan and Nathan were super helpful and friendly. Lots of competitive school supply deals and everything an office or school teacher would need.

Wish they carried 5 star products. Binders are very over priced and most of their supplies are to high. Wanted to charge me 68.00 dollars to fax 26 pages! That's robbery! Took 28 minutes for the fax to go through and then it failed, good didn't want to pay that crazy price to fax 26 pages anyways. Rather go else where for School supplies.

I ordered a replacement chair through the extended warranty and had a great experience with Tom and manager Pam here, however when i received the chair it was in a million pieces and needed assembly. I have no way of putting this chair together and no one who worked here or the customer service rep over the phone told me the chair had to be shipped to the store for assembly, not to my house. When I called Amy to see if Staples could assemble the chair in store, she made an excuse telling me they don't offer the service if the chair isn't shipped in store.I am ticked off that i have no chair to sit in and I will have to pay someone to assemble this new one now, if I can find someone to do it. All this could have been avoided if I had the proper information.
