Very knowledgeable staff, wait times, and the overall process can sometimes be at a crawling pace. However that is expectednat these typesnof places. Good atmosphere, great prices and discounts. Also the service at Tmobile blows Att and verizon out of the water. I have had both in multiple states.

Walked into buy a phone. All employees stayed busy did not even ask what I needed. The entire team kept their heads down playing on phones. I Stood there 20 minutes and left. Corporate needs to be on the ground looking at their service. I expect TMobile to be bought out with this kind of service. Horrible.

The staff was extremely helpful. We had to troubleshoot my new phone to work correctly and they were very thorough, communicative, and patient. I'll definitely come back because of the customer service.

Disappointed and frustrated is all I’m feeling at the moment. Three days ago I decided to stop into the store to inquire about switching from Verizon. I was told that Verizon iPhones were already unlocked and I could use my Verizon phone on T-Mobile. After 2 1/2 hours setting in the store with the associate having no success in activating my device, it was finally determined that I had to be with Verizon 90 days before the phone could be unlocked. So here I am without a phone on either network. You would think the acting manger, George would try to make some effort to resolve the issue. He simply ignored my problem and bounced to the back so he wouldn’t have to deal with his associates mistake. This was not my mistake, this was on T-Mobile. I would have NEVER went though with this transaction had I’d been given the correct information upfront. The only helpful guy working at the store was Austin visiting from the Georgetown T-Mobile. He tried his best to get George to help and he just simply wouldn’t. George just left the sales floor. What makes this even worse is that I overheard a couple associates speaking negatively about me. For what? Because you messed up?! Stay away from this mess of a store.

After various visits to other TMobile locations, live phone conversations and virtual chats online over the past six months, Mobile expert Zachary Dame from this location was the person to finally get my bill to the correct monthly charges. Zachary Dame finally dugin deep and found the mistake of recurring charges over the last six months. I can't say enough about his kindness, patience, and knowledge.

Best on-site customer service that I've received from a brick and mortar cellphone provider in a long time. Misty, Zac and Hayes were all top notch, listened to the issues we were experiencing and did everything they could to help us. Having recently had an absolutely terrible experience with another T-Mobile store in Cincinnati and being jerked around by their phone-based customer service reps, it was refreshing to actually be provided genuine, effective service, while also being recognized for the 39 years of combined brand loyalty that my girlfriend and I had with Sprint (now T-Mobile). Thank you to the team there. Hope someone from Corporate sees this and gives them raises.

Bad services. The agent didn’t provide info on promotions or posible options to get a new phone to replace the one I lost. I am really thinking in moving to a new company.
