I came in today to get a new screen protector and Tyler helped me. He did a great job and was just awesome explaining everything with my plan that i I didn’t even know about. I’ll definitely be coming back and it’s all bc of him??

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Takes a bit, but they ultimately got me where I needed to go. Also, I have had Verizon and AT&T, and Tmobile is hands down cheaper, faster, and more reliable!!!

Sales person was incredibly passive aggressive, rude, and PUSHY. He demeaned by husband’s answers the entire time. Could not take no for an answer from either of us, and said the promotions and sales change all the time and couldn’t honor one of the promotions even though the ad for it was staring us blank in the face on their TV wall.Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. Will not be going back to this location.

I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 18 years and a recent trip to the store was by far the worst customer service I have ever gotten!!!I went in to turn my phone in as I had pre-order a new one and was told I had to ship it back so my concern was if it gets damnaged or lost by the post office would I still get my credit. So instead of answering my question they said not our problem you should have waited and brought the phone here in store so thats your problem.So asked my question again when I was cut off and I was like please let me finish and the guy was like we don't have to take your attitude and cussing at us and I'm gonna have to ask you to leave.Never had an attitude with them I told the worker to stop interrupting me and please answer my question, i never cussed at them I did call the post office "a " bad word as post office doesn't take responsibility most of the time.Instead of saying something we can note the account that there is no damage just in case. I can even see if I have a small box for you too.I then contacted my main store I go and they couldn't believe everything that happened and offered me a box and bubble wrap do I didn't have to go buy everything.

Brittany was a huge help and incredibly kind. Answered every question with patience and greeted us.Zane was overbearing, micromanaging, and kept taking the new phone out of my hands without asking.If you go there, get help from anyone but Zane and your experience will be delightful.
