I love this place. I've been going about 2 years now, and it's always been consistent. Except for my most recent time by Ashley. I had nice even hair, and I just wanted my usual shave the sides scissor on the top.
Now, my hair is uneven on both sides. She didn't ask what length I wanted on top, just guessed, and cut the front part (bangs, I guess) at an angle, not straight at all. She, for some reason, shaved the fuzz off my ears without asking. Never had that before.
And now I just want a buzzcut because when I looked in the mirror, she shaved the front part of the sides wrong and unevenly so it looks like I'm balding. I'm 24 and not balding. I hope the manager deals with this because I will come back, just never having her again.

My friend and I visited this location on 06/30/2024 and had our haircuts by Courtney and Mary. They were both professional and personable. We got the MVP experience and we truly felt like MVP’s when we left. They did a great job keeping conversation so the process seemed very fast. Additionally, they explained each step of the process and promoted the products they use (as I’m sure they’re instructed to do). While the experience can seem pricy as opposed to other options like Great Clips, you get what you pay for which is a top of the line experience and that’s why I’ll continue to come back in the future.

There are many places to get a hair cut, but none compare to sport clips at Andover. Excellent staff, cuts are to perfection, all in a timely manner. I’ve seen a few negative reviews and comments DO NOT let these impact your judgement on going here for a hair cut. The online feature is pretty accurate. Ashley gives great cuts in record time,10 minutes and you’re on your way out the door. Priscilla is the definition of greatness, leave every time ready for a magazine photo shoot. Tiana if I’m spelling her name right does an amazing job and is extremely nice to all customers. How could I forget Tabitha, precision behind the chair and also slightly famous, where else could you get a hair cut from a star (the matilda movie)? No where else could you get all the qualities of fast service, a great cut and friendly people than here! Go get your hair styled today!

Checked in online right as they opened and was second in line. Cool. What wasn’t cool was waiting for an hour on one person to get their haircut while 2 others waited. If this were at an actual barbershop or salon I would understand but sorry not here. Just close if you can only do one haircut an hour. Being short staffed sucks I know, but there’s no excuse to stand and flirt while others have been waiting way past the estimated wait time and also have things to do.

Priscilla did an excellent job on my hair. The staff was inviting and insisted I come today in spite of it being so close to their closing time. I would absolutely recommend.Although, Priscilla did say I smelled like bacon. Not cool. Was she right? Yep.

Favorite store to go to even though it is on the other side of town. I checked in online and when I showed up I had been removed from the waitlist even though it had only been 30 minutes.

Usually fantastic. For two years I've only ever wanted to go here. But my last experience a week ago wasn't good (they're running a raffle this month based on how many customers go twice THIS MONTH, and my haircut person was particularly pushy, even *somehow* nicking my eyelid when she was trimming my eyebrows, so I had to cut the haircut short and get out of there), so IDK. I figure I'll give them one more shot before going elsewhere, but I'm not really confident anymore like I used to be.

Checked online and wait time said 11 minutes. Drove 15 minutes to the store and someone was still getting their haircut so I sat and waited. Waited for 35 minutes and right as the first guy just finished his haircut someone else walked right jn the door and 30 seconds later the lady called him back instead of me. Extremely disgusted since the lady working acknowledged me when I had walked in and knew I had been waiting for 35 minutes. Fastest way to lose a customer I’ve ever seen.

Went in to get a cut at 5:30 (I know that close to closing) and the doors were locked. Employee was inside and when she seen me she went behind the wall and started hiding. I've been a long time customer of this location but if thry are going to start closing early and hiding when they see you then I need to look elsewhere.
