Competitor's credit card machine was down so I came here. Got a great, basic haircut by Megan. Very friendly place. The MVP wash/massage did wonders for my current stress level, no regrets, see ya next time.

Reservation system is not a good system. I received a text message saying that my hair stylist would be ready in 15 minutes, a time line that was difficult to meet especially given unforeseen traffic issues. I arrived about 5 minutes later than I expected and ther stylist was sitting another customer when I walked in the door and they moved me to a 35 minute wait. I've never been to Sports Clips and will not go in the future. Stupid reservation system.
