I come by this store almost everyday coming home from work. In the last 3 months this store keeps getting worse. Just in the last 5 days that I went in half the coolers aren't stocked. I can see the product in the cooler behind it but no one is stocking it for some reason. Haven't seen a manager in a few weeks. Since 7 11 took these over they are gone downhill. No more fuel points for discounts. Basically a waste of money better off getting Krogers gas. This isn't the only store like this unfortunately.

I spend alot of money here and honestly they have gone down hill. Their ice machine constantly has issues, the staff are rude and the nacho machine barely works not to mention some staff charge more than other staff.

Nighttime worker is not fit for this job. Constantly uses profanity, and has locked the door (not allowing customers in) on multiple occasions. I'm surprised that she is still employed. She says that she "hates this job" even though she has been there five years. Needs a reprimand or termination.

I come in this store daily and always have had nothing but good things to say about the staff.Today is much different.As I walked in to make my daily purchases a woman literally was scanning 30-50 gift cards or more as I had to wait with 3 staff behind the desk and no one willing to ring me up at another register or suspend the purchase to attend to other members waiting which i’m pretty sure is a rule for 10 or more items.After 7-10 Minutes of waiting on the one and only lane to open, while this woman had a entire box to scan I left my purchases behind, and made aware how disappointed I am with all attending this location.You need to do better!

lady with black hair working night shift was the most rude, vile, disgusting person i’ve ever encountered. i can’t believe she’s still at this establishment. kicked out hispanic man last night for not speaking english. i will never visit this speedway again.

They don’t have my tobacco in stock. I’ve went there every day for a week and it’s never in stock. I went there today 11/29/2023 at 3pm. I was going to get some roller grill items and they were cold. There wasn’t any signs stating that they were still cooking. I resorted to hot sandwiches instead. When I went to eat then they were burnt and hard. Customer service is terrible. While I was standing in line waiting to check out two employees were talking about cutting someone with a box cutter.

I’d give this store no stars but I had to give it something. The manager you all had working today on 11/1/2023 at 8:30 am is RUDE, nasty and a miserable women. Yelling at customers and telling them the can go somewhere is should never be ok. Why she still works there and is a manager is crazy. Location: Richmond rd Lexington Ky
