The store needs to be cleaned. Every morning the counters are covered with a mess and the floors are dirty. The manager is not paying attention. Also, the coffee station needs cleaned. It looks like it has not been wiped down in days. The cashier is nice enough but they have one line with two and three other people standing around the cashier just talking. Corporate needs to get out here and look at their stores. It looks dirty all the time.

Being the worst convenience stores in the area must be a common goal for Speedway. This is the second one in the area that has lowered my expectations for Speedway. Nice job, area managers! Another speedway store I won't be visiting again. Luckily, there is a beautiful MARATHON store right next door. GO TO MARATHON, DO NOT GO TO THIS SPEEDWAY!

The lady working tonight is EXTREMELY LAZY. She asked me to find the barcode for her & has left packages of stock items all over the floor.

Would give 0 stars if I could, SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN 24/7, put their bathrooms are always closed at night, and also the store closes at 2 or 3 or 4 in the morning for "cleaning" NONE OF THESE EVENTS TAKE PLACE AT THE SOUTH LIMESTONE LOCATION EVER.

I have only recently visited this store and have never had any problems , that could be luck, but so far, so good! I usually pop in really late ( after midnite) and get my goodies, including beer!So , a big questioning shrug of the shoulders to the rude clerk mentioned ? who shamed a customer no less!!! , a big Raspberry! ......that's not what we call being polite and courteous , is it Kiddees?

Never had an issue until today… cashier was really rude and argumentative with someone whose first language I could only guess was not English. A simple conversation would’ve resolved the issue, but she raised her voice at him. She was also condescending towards me when I went to check out, but tried to play it off lightheartedly. It’s a Speedway, so I don’t expect a Michelin experience, but it was pretty unpleasant

At first I was thrilled with the Speedy Rewards membership, free to join but well worth even extra cash if I were to pay for it, HOWEVER, the fuel points, the discounted drinks, nor giving my choice of rewards to boot, are worth the past two stops I've made at either the Leestown Road location, nor the Winchester Rd. Scoop. I've cleared my theatrical rant on the loss of good customer service lately and the old fashioned but iron clad "Business golden rule," " The customer is always right," and how it's long gone and much needed, now to reiterate my point, unfortunately, are the two ladies on first and second shifts at either of the aforementioned locales, on unspecified dates, (eh hmmm-TONIGHT and one day two weeks ago) just to grant these two hens the benefit of possible hormonal or lunar phase affect that could contribute to one's attitude at times like these so as not to cost them their jobs like the misfortune suffered of the Family Dollar clerks I reviewed not long ago, but also so this doesn't hold them exempt from the public humiliation deserved, afterall, the importance of customer service principle lies in continuity, and with the expectation there may be occasional digressions from the usual practice of monetary exchange for service or product, but never the mind the need, these two, like many I've encountered in recent years, don't even need a reasonable approach to extend hand to hand combat across the station and seem to be so regularly disgruntled they possibly got hired on as clerks to run the stores OUT of business. It's not entitled, "Clerk outburst Rep." position, and seeing as how the clerks in question at these service stations are women, acting against other women, they have publicly caused gasped, gawked, dissed, grunted, yanked and jerked, complained verbally, huffed, sighed, scowled, and scolded customers in front of me for what appeared to be general customer inquisition, once even dismissed them from the line for aggravation over the customer searching for change to pay after having been overcharged anyway, and having challenged the mundane hand to hand exchange transactional chaos ensued as a lady ran out of options to credit card her purchase and specifically explained her dilemma as she tried a few different cards, and given over lottery tickets to allot for part of her order while low and behold once she had collected her bearings and returned to vindicate herself, her speedy rewards covered it all anyway, and had only opted to app it as a last resort; and after leaving an atm with no luck for cash withdrawal after the first go round, she finally barked back at the clerk to keep the already cashed in lottery ticket winnings, totaling $4-$6 for what I expect was just to at least keep her dignity in pocket for the painful stinging from a manual repossession of the lady's freshly poured and now wasted coffee followed by a verbal command of the woman to "come get her lotto tickets!!!". It was all so wrecked and appalling to turn away from but simultaneously I myself struggled to hold back a reckoning for the two women because I feel the need to advocate, not even so much for an underdog, but just for a moments notice-Those are the times we need the most compassion and grace that can only be granted by someone else we've encountered, unwelcome but necessary for ultimate aim, where the world of power is automatically betrothed; I mean, when there's nothing at all to lose, why not give away the excess anyway because it's not JUST the right thing to do, but good business to promote and pay so the customers keep coming back, and so the product has its turn by word of mouth, and the business wins overall, by giving away a cup of coffee eventually tossed after shift anyway, and possibly a get outta Hell Free card if I have my guess about the sovereignty of Karma and the debts some of these reps have to answer to in the end, so the shame on these two hounds for cracking up a nice tribute to days before in

The 2 women on 2nd shift are rude. I used to work at speedway so I know they do refills. Can even show you how to do your job if need be. But to refuse someone service just because you want to be rude. Well you got the right one to be rude to. You will get wrote up for it. And I will call cooperate.

Thank God Speedway invested in pump ads that scream in your ear that can't be turned off, it really adds to the experience of driving to every pump to find a working card reader. God forbid I try to by gas at you know, a gas station.Thankfully, the Marathon across the street worked just fine. I went there, a gas station, to buy, you guessed it, gas, and they sold me (get this) gas!
