Absolutely disgusting. Filth everywhere. I honestly don't understand how they haven't shut down by health inspectors..( I'll definitely be letting them know) Moldy drink nozzles, the ice levers are covered in grime. Check the pic.... It honestly baffles me how there any good reviews.

I had been at the hospital and was really craving a cup.of coffee from Speedway. (I don't buy coffee from anywhere else.) When I got there, the creamizer was out of half and half. I saw a man named Mohammed and asked if they had any to refill it. Without hesitation, he went to the cooler and got another bag. He was having a slight issue getting the bag inserted properly, so he got the manager, named John, to come and help. He struggled a little as well but eventually got it together. I told them both how awesome they are. They truly made my night!!! It's not even about the coffee at this point, its about the hospitality I received from these guys. I am a General manager of a business myself and I know how important it is to recognize good workers (when you can find them) and these guys were not only good, they were great!!! Attentive, quick, and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better visit. They truly made me smile. Hope they see this because they deserve to be recognized so....thank you Mohammed and John!! You guys are rock stars!!!

I came in to get some gas and oil today at 7:00pm. I walk up and put the oil on the counter, The two young women behind the counter are talking to each other and on their phones. She scans my oil and I had to say excuse me to but into the conversation to order gas. She brings up the total, I scanned my card, put in my number, and it says approved. They are talking to each other the ENTIRE TIME. I walk out to begin putting everything in my car and the girl who checked me out comes outside saying "your card didn't go through." I told her it said accepted on my screen or I wouldn't have walked away, she says it did not go through on her screen. I grab my wallet and go back inside the speedway. I asked her to make sure that if I pay for this again it isn't going to double charge me, she assures me it is not. I pay for the gas and oil again, walk out to my car to begin fueling up and grab my phone. Sure enough, the $23 purchase has been removed from my bank account twice. at this point I am less than happy but I continue to keep my cool as I have this entire time.I walked back inside with my phone and show the girls that they indeed did charge me twice, she gets on the phone to her manager. She doesn't offer for the manager to speak to me, she simply hangs up and tells me that one of the purchases will go back on my card in 24 to 48 hours. on top of all of this, the girl never apologizes. Not once. this was clearly her mistake, I told her that it had been approved on my end and she was too busy talking to Her coworker to pay attention to what she was doing.This is not the first time I have been disappointed by the customer service at the speedway, but I promise you I will never be going back. I was actually surprised when I got on here and saw they had two stars, that's two more than they deserve but I guess you can't give less than one. If I don't get the money back they will be serious problems. But my main issue, other than the fact that the two employees there are literally completely ignoring their customers who are standing right in front of them trying to check out, Is the complete lack of an apology. She knew she screwed up, she knew this was her fault. I told her my card was approved and I'm not going to scan it again if it's going to charge me twice, it was her negligence that caused this to happen so to not even say I'm sorry afterward? Shameful

Why is the price for speedway coffee more expensive here than any other location? Also, the prices marked for the speedway coffee are not the same when getting rung up, I was charged extra than what the price listed.

The big girl behind the register is rude and nasty! Im at the hospital with my son who's fighting for his life and she has the audacity to treat me like im done kinda burden! You don't like your job then get anther one!!! Disgusted in humans

The store is actually very conveniently located compared to the hospital. And as a personal note it is Wednesday morning at 5:30 a.m. and I must say the cashier is absolutely gorgeous. I just wish he would make eye contact a little more. He has no reason not to.

This speedway wasn't as nice as others that I've been to. I love soeedway gas Sam rations and try to only go to them. I love their soda, freezes, coffee, gas pumps, staff is always friendly snd the stores are generally clean. Their coffee station was in need of a cleaning as well as their freezie station but the bathrooms were clean and that's always a bonus in my opinion. Also it was warm in the bathrooms. This one was small and a little dirtier then normal but it still offered all our favorite things. Getting gas was actually easy and I didn't have to wait for a pump. It was hard to get in and out of though as it's located on a busy street. It's easier to go out to the light if you have to to turn left. All in all we came several times while on vacation. Mostly due to the proximity of where we were staying. Recommend speedways anywhere.
