Website price says $72 for 5x10 but then they try and charge $84. $12 insurance is in the fine print she told me. Great way to do business!

Great location for self storage though with all of the recent development in the area, rates constantly rise yearly. Good customer service until a late payment arises and fees are tacked on at every angle. I would definitely look at other self storage sites that may be more affordable before seeking this site!

Was here on June 5th and had horrible service. The woman at the desk acted like I was a burdon on her for asking a few simple questions about their rates. Treated the couple in front of us that way too. Won't give my money to a business that treats people that way. Especially when you have so many other choices in Lexington.
