Bought a bag of chicken feed, and unknown to me, it had a hole in it. Worker at store had put clear packaging tape over the hole. I get home, tape had come off, chicken feed all over the trunk of my car.Called the store to let them know of their shoddy tape method. The worker just went silent, then said, "What are u wanting me to do about that?"No apology. No offer to replace the feed. Customer service is dead even at places like this. ?

I always have good experiences at Southern States. Allison helped me tremendously with picking out items I need for my yard by providing great detail about the different lawn seeds and Charlie was very detailed and helpful in explaining good times to overseed. I'm always greeted when I enter this establishment and they always help me a lot when I'm trying to decide what products I should buy.
