WOW! SOS Moving made my move so easy. Jose and Ilbert called me on their way with an ETA and we discussed some of the details of the move. They were both extremely professional and efficient. Everything was well wrapped and cared for while also being moved from one apartment to another very quickly.

Do not use Saunier Moving and Storage. We have moved 16 times in 32 years. This was the worst moving company we have ever encountered. It is not worth what you pay. The price quoted did not include insurance. This little tidbit of information was not shared with us until the movers arrived on moving day. If you want insurance, it's an extra $315.00. We declined because we were only moving locally, which we later regretted. There is also an additional 3% credit card fee for paying with a credit card that had not been disclosed in the original estimate. In the move, they broke several pieces such as a mirror, a dresser, and several concrete statues. While we were aware of the broken mirror and dresser, we only later discovered broken statues pieces hidden in the grass. Upon surveying our storage unit after the move we discovered many boxes leaning and ready to fall. Boxes marked, "Fragile, Do Not Stack," were smashed at placed at the bottom of the stack. A wooden table was lying on the concrete floor in water. Tables and furniture were flipped sideways and stacked upside down with no padding in between them, but we had extra pads that were not used. There was no organization done with this move. When we later re-stacked the unstable furniture, we discovered items are badly scratched. We have yet to learn of the full extent of the damage.

Moving is something that no one likes to do, but when you have a great moving company it truly makes the job so much easier. I had an excellent experience with Saunier, especially their representative, Tommy. He went above and beyond to accommodate my move and make it as painless as possible. I was highly impressed with the additional customer service that Tommy extended by researching storage facilities for me that I need with my move. I received platinum service and absolutely recommend Saunier. Be sure you ask for Tommy!

Beware of this very shady company. As you can see in Saunier's response to my credit card dispute, they are an agent for North American Van Lines. They bill under Saunier as you can see in one of the other photos. However, when there is an issue, they will point blame to North American and tell you to go fight your battle there. How would that work? Saunier charged me and Saunier handled the move regardless of the fact that they are an agent for North American. Here's the issue. We paid for the insurance where we would be refunded if any items were broken/damaged. Granted there wasn't much but how the process was handled was absolutely ridiculous. I could be wrong but I believe it was North American who packed up all my belongings and facilitated the actual move. Regardless of if I'm right or wrong, only Saunier charged me so if I have a problem, it would obviously be a credit card dispute with Saunier. I never paid North American directly. If they are an agent of North American, that's an internal problem. The photos attached came broken and the insurance adjustor was the absolute rudest, most unpleasant man. He actually walked up to these items in the photos and asked what was wrong with them....... He told me that the leather wedding album which was sitting on my marble coffee table was what had scratched the marble, not anything related to the move. Not sure how leather scratches marble but ok. The level of incompetence was unreal. Of course, I disputed the charge with the credit card company. You can see in one of the photos, they denied the claim to the coffee table all together and made up random amounts they think sufficed for the "Cash Out" items. So basically the insurance policy is a joke. For entertainment purposes, please see the photo of their "professional" response to the credit card company.

I have been a repeat customer of Saunier Moving and Storage for over twenty-years and have recommended them to many people over the years. Unfortunately, I can longer recommend them due to the way I have been treated after my last move in June 2018. The crew leader in charge of my move placed a pad over a sideboard and stood it up on its side. As he walked away, the piece of furniture began to fall. It just missed me and hit the wet/dry vac sitting in front of me. One of the doors was crushed. The crew leader seemed to be upset and apologized. Since we had just started the move, I told him it was OK and that I was glad no one was hurt. When my move was over. He asked me to sign the paperwork. I was exhausted and asked him what I was signing. He said it's the same as the paperwork you signed all the other moves. In exhaustion, I signed it. I asked him if he was going to turn in the damage and he replied yes. A few days went by, and I never heard from them so I called the office. The lady said she wasn't aware of any damage and asked me to send her the cost, weight of the sideboard and picture of the damage. The cost of the sideboard was roughly $1,100. She emailed me the next day informing me that they were liable for $97.80. I could not believe it. She said that I signed the paperwork for damage of 60 cents per pound. I told her to keep the money and to tell the owner and Operations Manager that I was disappointed and would never use them again. I assume they were both fine with that since I never heard from either of fhem nor did I receive the $97.80 they were liable for. Bottom line, they did not value me as a customer, nor did they pay for their negligence, yet they were happy to take my money. Lesson learned. I do not recommend Saunier Moving and Storage.
