I was very pleased with a service I had at Smart Point Store. I called in after water damaging my phone. A technician was very professional and friendly. They let me bring my phone in, even though they are under remodeling and were closed that day. My phone was fixed, and I was able to pick it up the next day. I really appreciate their fast service. Two other repair shops in town told me they weren't able to fix it when they looked at it, that it's not fixable and I had to replace it. I was worried about losing all my information. They were very patient with me and explained all the details about the repair they did. Plus, all my pictures and information on the phone were saved, and I didn't lose anything. The repair was done efficent and only cost me $60. I highly recommend this repair service in town. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy!

Looked up the best reviewed phone repair store in Lexington, Smart Point came up. I call ahead, the store, while being listed as open, is empty. Maybe five minutes later, I see the guy drive up and he lets me in to repair my phone. The shop is a wreck inside, nothing like the pictures. I talk to the guy about getting the port on my phone repaired, and he talks to me like I have no idea what I’m talking about. Very belittling, but hey, if it’s the best repair shop in Lexington, maybe the repair work will make up for his attitude? He fixes it, it takes forever (said it was going to be maybe an hour or so, ended up taking three), and while it’s open, brings it out and starts touching the logic board. He breaks the OLED panel then has the audacity to tell me that my screen was already cracked and he couldn’t do anything about it (Granted, my screen protector was cracked but nothing was wrong with the screen. Could have confused him, but as a good repairman he should have known the difference between the screen and the protector). Someone else that worked there also sold me a pair of “new” earbuds, which weren’t at all, they stopped working a few hours after purchase. The only good part was he gave me half off the repair because he broke my screen, but it wasn’t anything compared to the $400 price tag of the new screen. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

A friend of mine had a phone fixed by this place and after it was done the owner went out of town for a week and my friend had to go without a phone. The guy knew that my friend did not have a way for him to get in touch with my friend. Friend was told how long it would take to fix the phone but was not ready when he was told it would be

Well I'm just going to give some credit where credit is due ask to fix my phone even though it took 4 hours you did a good job and got it done when he did it by himself with other customers and phone calls so I guess that's going to be my spot to get some things done I think he's a person of integrity

Went in to get the joy-con drift fixed for my Nintendo Switch lite and was out in less than 10 minutes. My switch works like when I first got it a few years ago. Awesome work!

I do custom sneakers and I try to specialize in detail on these shoes. I use an electric magnifying glass with a light to zoom in and get the lines as clean as possible. Well the wires on my magnet light snapped. I'm not from the area so I googled the best reviews close to me and it sent me to Smart Point. I raced over there and met a very nice man. I explained what happened and with in minutes he was already working on it. Not only did he fix my piece so I could get back to work but he also reenforced it so it wouldn't happen again.i normally don't write reviews but I had to share this.

After searching far and wide for someone willing and able to do some micro soldering I finally found Smart Point. My Fanatec Pro DD sim racing wheel base had an RJ45 connector pulled out of the back of it. Fanatec makes great stuff, but to have to send the item back to them and have them fix it would have been a month at least turnaround.Smart Point didn't even hesitate and were able to have it fixed in a day. Just tested the item and it works just as new. Thanks so much!

I accidentally locked myself out of my phone. I checked every online form, and a bunch of cell phone repair shops, to see if there was a way to unlock my phone without wiping it. No one could help. Finally, someone suggested Smart Point. And Vlad got it unlocked! He didn't even charge me! I would definitely recommend Smart Point. Also, he has a dog.
