I got the farm truck stuck in a drainage ditch that was obscured under heavy snowfall—I’m not proud. Slim’s was here in, like, fifteen minutes from my call to dispatch even despite the awful road conditions and they helped me get my Titan liberated in a series of small, careful steps and the driver didn’t make me feel like an idiot. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth it—I’m back on the road before nightfall.

Fantastic experience! Answered at 6am, arrived within 30 minutes, gave me ETA notifications along the way, & went out of his way to take me to work before dropping my car at the dealership! He then told me who he handed my keys to and sent picture confirmations. 10/10

Was driving behind one of their trucks with number plate E5H664 who was driving recklessly, zigzagging between cars, switching lanes too close to cars, practically creating potential accident situations. Is it how they make “business” for themselves? First cause the car accident then get to tow the cars away??

The vehicle we were in broke down on a very busy expressway in a dangerous area so we were very anxious to get picked up quickly. Slims dispatch sent someone right away. I drove into Lexington for a long weekend on May 19th. Drove right to my place of stay and decided to take on a high curb that I did not see. Sounded awful under my vehicle. I hopped on Google and read a couple reviews and chose to call Slim's Towing. My phone call was immediately answered courteously and professionally. That person quickly took my information, located a driver, confirmed a couple of things and then dispatched to my rescue. The driver arrived quickly, I'm talking like 10 minutes. The driver immediately went to action, lifted my vehicle off the curb with his flatbed apparatus. He lifted up the vehicle, checked underneath for broken lines. He reassured me repeatedly that my vehicle was road worthy and I would make it back home with my grandkids without any problems. I cannot say enough how appreciative I was for the quick, efficient, & professional service I received from Slim's Towing. The fee was fair and I was glad to pay $120.00. Even gave the driver a tip.

This was the only company in Lexington that told me they was capable of hauling our F350. We were in jessamine county and needed towed back to Lexington and they still said not a problem.
