My husband and I walked in with intentions of just buying pillows for our current bed. With the help of Karlin we left with 2 new pillows and one of the most comfortable beds. He was very patient with us and our 2 year old and made the experience seamless. I highly recommend sleep outfitters if you're looking for a new mattress.

Nice atmosphere, helpful, knowledgeable assistance and no pushy salesman. We enjoyed the buying experience and are happy with our tempurpedic mattress as well. BJ was great!

My husband and I walked into this store and were warmly greeted by Karlin. We told him generally what we were looking for and he took us to the appropriate area. He answered many questioned, gave us options, left us for a few minutes to talk between ourselves. He came back and answered more questions. Very amenable young man. At know time were we pressured into any decision.Delivery was exactly when arranged. Young delivery men were cordial, efficient and very helpful.Our experience with Sleep Outfitters-Hamburg was terrifec. We would recommend wholeheartedly.
