Excellent customer service. We were not rushed or coerced into making a purchase we’d regret. Steve was helpful explaining how the bed worked, and even provided tips of how the bed adjusts even when the dog climbs in bed.

Was a bit hesitant to try this store as I was afraid I’d be dealing w high pressure sales people. Not that way at all! Miranda was very low key but totally helped us make a decision. We have wanted a sleep # bed for a very long time. So looking forward to sleeping on this bed. Trying it I n the store was like sleeping on a cloud, so supportive & comfy. Thank you Miranda for making it a pleasant experience!

Just get an air mattress and put a topper on it . C2. Maybe the extra 1000's of dollars ones are better but def not this one. They don't send all the parts anymore unless you complain.

Extremely overpriced. I used to actually work at Leggett and Platt...the company who manufactures their adjustable bed frames...cost about 50 bucks to make one. Sleep number charging $4,000 just for that frame and not the mattress which could easily run you another $6,000. I honestly couldn't believe how much they are overcharging consumers. Even the store associates were telling hows overpriced they were for what you barely get. You get no pillows with it, no comforters, no nothing. Everything is an upcharge. Greedy company.

Brian was Excellent. He knew the product and was well versed with knowledge. Would recommend Brian at Sleep Number inside of Fayette Mall. Never owned a Sleep Number but am excited to leave Tempurpedic.

The manager, Melinda, was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the product, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We decided on the i8, it was the best fit for both of us. The store itself (Fayette Mall, Lexington, KY) is clean and organized roomy enough to allow for social distancing. Great buying experience overall!UPDATE, 10mo later: SleepNumber bed is ok for those who like a soft bed, but if you have back issues and need a very firm mattress, this is NOT the bed for you! Even set on 100, it is still, at best, "medium" firm. It was good at first, but after about 4-5 months it started to soften up and now, I wake up feeling like my spine is going to fall apart. Had to replace it with a traditional mattress in "extra firm", now I wake up feeling much better. The store experience/salesperson was great, but the product, ehhh, not so much. And VERY expensive...

Steve Smith was super patient with us, and never pushy. We visited the store twice to confirm that we were making the right decision. Each time he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. My husband and I have back and hip issues. Steve was able to guide us to the correct choice, which happened to be the i10. We cannot wait to get our new bed installed!

This has been the most frustrating experience! Mattress was ordered and PAID for in early December 2021. They have scheduled delivery 4 times in four weeks. Each time they confirm the night before AND the morning of delivery and then within a few minutes of the day of confirmation, a representative calls to reschedule! I understand that there is a work shortage and that problems occur however, I am quite sure they are still taking orders and no one has offered to give us any compensation for ALL of the days I have taken off work to meet them, prepared for the set up, etc. At the least I suggest that BEOFE. you pay them you know that you WILL receive your mattress! If not, I believe they should offer a discount each time the delivery is delayed! The delivery notice tells you NOT to throw away your old mattress until the new one arrives and I know know exactly why this is part of their standard message! Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible customer service! If there is another mattress out there that you are considering, purchase it and steer clear of a nightmare like the one we are experiencing!

Purchase bed several weeks back knowing it would take a bit to get it. Revived a text Saturday evening to confirm my delivery for Friday. Receive a text 2 days later that it would have to be to be rescheduled due to an unfortunate situation. Gave my bed away and now sleeping on couch. Unacceptable customer service and very disappointing after the mattress was promised 2 days prior. Will probably be canceling my mattress
