Cindy and Kim helped me the entire way through the process. Customer service was phenomenal. They were both able to assist with figuring out my invitation layout. “Nick was awesome yesterday. Granddaughters birthday gift lost in delivery. They didn't find it, but was so nice to hear in his voice that he and his co-worker cared.Unlike the oversea customer service which refused to connect me with the direct station. Yesterday they connected and Nick helped, today no present for Granddaughter and they say " we cannot connect direct" hummm... they did the day before. Of course, they were sorry for the problem.... "Joe" at customer service overseas.... you suck.”
“Close to my home. I needed to drop off a return package and the person at the desk was friendly and helpful and got me a receipt quickly. There is parking right near the door, although I have seen it crowded, during this visit there was plenty of parking.”
