We were working to pick paint colors for our kitchen cabinets. Since we were staying neutral on interior colors, I wanted a pop of color for the cabinets. I went into the store first back in april when we picked colors, little did we know by mid-September we still would not have cabinets. It was a good thing because after thinking it over, I decided those colors wouldn't work with our dishes.Then we ran into problems with availability of certain shades and we had to change for lighter shades. Yet once again, things changed and we were told if we went with a satin sheen we could do deeper shades, ARGH! But that's what happens with a global pandemic.Here's the point of the review. This location has a designer, Donna who is amazing! She helped me pick out the initial colors, the lighter shades and I'll be back in this week for what we hope is the final consultation. Picking colors isn't easy for someone who doesn't do this for a living and she has been great. She has a great eye but also gives you options so you can come to an agreement on what would look great. She is very patient and understands this is something we will live with for many years to come and takes the time to make sure we are going to be happy with the choices.Donna has superior customer service skills and knows the colors and how they will look on the finished product. She is a gem!

I recently found myself a teeny bit short on a custom color for a commercial client, and threw myself on the mercy of the counter agent via phone at LITERALLY their closing time.. he was kind enough to take my order and payment by phone and WAIT FOR ME TO GET THERE, which allowed me to get the job done overnight, per the contract.. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! Superior customer service, indeed!!

Great customer service. The guy was working by himself, very busy .. still carried my pain to my car for me. Best paint. They seem to be able to match up anything.

I walked in with the intent to paint two bedside tables. I had no previous knowledge on this subject. After talking with the associate, I walked out armed with the information that I needed to complete the project as well as the necessary tools. I can't wait to get started!
