For years this company called me trying to solicit their products, as soon as I switch and have an issue with THEIR PRODUCTS they won't back up their warranty. This company has lied and stolen from us by taking the information I disclose to sales rep and giving tips to other contractors to get the job. Very shady company and rude employees!

By far the worst experience from a “professional supplierâ€. I visited their store and bought 2 cases of Pecora AC-20 silicon Caulk in sausage tubes and informed their sales rep that I'd need at least 5 more cases ASAP. I was told they were going to order it right away, having run out they'd need more anyway. I left my name and number for them to call when they received the shipment. Being on a strict scheduled project I wanted to make sure to follow through with my order, I went ahead and called them each day for a week and received the same response that it was ordered and they'd call back when it arrived. 7 business days past and I was getting irritated, so much so that whoever answered the phone heard it in my voice and offered to try getting ahold of their manager, first thing I heard from them was that my order was only just put in the previous day and that I'd have to wait another week for it to arrive. Waited another week and came into the warehouse again, turns out they ordered cartridges and not what I specifically asked them for, which was the sausage tubes. Now I have to wait another few days for them to order the right supplies and who knows whether they got it right this time or not. I don't recommend going to this store if there's another option, very disorganized and very disappointing
