I have learned to love this place. The guy with blonde hair is so friendly and helpful. It would be nice if everyone could be like him. He always offers to carry my water out of course I decline.

Awesome station they are VERY KIND and understanding. My car broke down in front of the station and I was 300 miles from home. They let my car sit there for 5 days without getting it towed in until I could get it towed home. I'm so thankful for there understanding.

Stopped in as a "weary traveler" lol to get gas, and I immediately received excellent customer service! As I walked toward the entrance, an employee waited and held the door for me and pointed me in the direction of the bathroom (she must have known from my walk). Once inside, the bathrooms were clean and smelled as such! Bathrooms are another thing I'm picky about, but bo worries here. The rest of the store was equally as clean and well stocked. They're conveniently located right off the interstate, so definitely stop in here.

Traveling west on Interstate 64 & got off to get gas at this station. I must have had perfect timing because after I parked at the pump, three school buses parked directly in front of me. Just my luck. Those buses not only totally blocked me in, but all the kids on the buses jumped out & ran into the station's convenience store. The gas station was packed & really busy. As busy as it can get. These kids were everywhere. Very hazardous for drivers maneuvering to get gas & having to dodge a deluge of kids where they shouldn't be running. It became evident to me that this was a routine for these buses & these kids. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR THESE KIDS. Stop this practice immediately, before someone's kid gets hurt.

Clean, well stocked and the employees are nice friendly and sometimes even funny. The Manger was helpful with a situation I had and I highly recommend this gas station.

Perfect location for me however, Shell Rewards is not working since the pumps were finally upgraded and even with the new pumps you don't always get a receipt!

Pumps won’t take your credit card sometimes. The people that work there are extremely nice and kind but there are some basic issues. On top of that the things that go on in that parking lot are wild. Lots of people coming off the bus asking for money. Happens every time.

I just stopped by this store today to use the restroom and I as soon as I walked into the store, I was awestruck by how clean it was. I thought the bathroom would tell the true story, and boy did it ever - it was spotless! Kudos Estepp's, I know MANY other stores who could learn a few things from you!
