Just bought my 2nd and 3rd pair, big fan of shady rays

I bought a pair fo sun glasses with PRESCRIPTION LENSES two years ago and now they have lost their clearness and became opaque and full of scratches .
I cannot use them anymore.
I went to the Shady ray store in Lexington KY and they told me I would need to
Send and email to their tech department.
They responded saying that the glasses are out of warranty and the only thing that the can do is a 20% discount when I order a new one… Obviously I am not spending more money on those lenses.
I Highly recommend NOT to buy this brand and their prescription lenses
They are horrible quality and the company doesn’t stand behind it.

Kelsey and Ben were very helpful helping me find my perfect pair for rx. Ended up in a small frame that won't interfere with my hat and cause unnecessary pressure and facial marking. The fact there's sizes available with shady rays is awesome.
Only thing I'd change is being able to order rx in store. Hipaa shmipaa...it's eyes not....
I've not received my glasses yet but plan to enjoy them for years to come!

The “free” replacement they sell you on is not free. I was blatantly lied to when purchasing 3 pairs of sunglasses. Apparently “free” means $25 when you actually go in to get the replacement.

Store was very nice and clean. Employee was very kind and knowledgeable. Love the look and feel of new sunglasses. It’s hard for me to find a pair of sunglasses super impressed with how lightweight they are. Highly recommend.
