“Christie is the best! My sister and I first got a unit with The Urban Squirrel after our first year of college to store all of our stuff over the summer. A local friend recommended them. We have been using them for five years and they are awesome! Super friendly and easy to get any kind of unit you need big or small. Location is great. We’ve always felt very safe going in and out of the storage building and with the security they have in place, I have never felt worried about someone breaking into any units, including our unit. The units are climate controlled and you can even buy a great lock from them if you don’t have one. They have carts you can use to move boxes to and from your unit. Super great to work with! We absolutely would recommend The Urban Squirrel to anybody looking for a safe, affordable and overall great place for storage! Five Stars!”
“I wanted to give you guys a shout out. Everyone I have ever spoken with at your business is absolutely awesome. Constance and Lisa and Rick in the office are always a pleasure to speak with and service is great. All of the drivers are extremely nice and professional. One of the newest drivers, Ian is over the top nice, and always goes out of the way to do a great job for me and my men. It's a blessing to have wonderful people to deal with. “Excellent source for DIY packing for a move. The gentleman at the Distillery District store went above and beyond to assist me in making decisions about what to buy. Everything he recommended made packing up my home so much less stressful. The glass and dish packs help you to pack like (or better than) a professional. He even went another store to bring an item I needed back to the location most convenient for me.”

“Went back today for my yearly storage and the elder guy, whom I met last year, was on the other end of the phone. He actually reserved a small unit for me and if I do not remember correctly, last year, I had to show up in person to get it. I feel so grateful for customer service like this. Upon showing up to rent it, the guy was even willing to show me what the unit looked like and it definitely was the size I was looking for. It is just these little things that go a long way.”
