Brad Davis, the owner of this salon is a sorry petty person. He highlighted my hair and everyone that I saw said they couldn’t tell anything had been done to it. He fixed it for me but didn’t charge me. This was right before Covid. After Covid I called to get another appointment and he said he didn’t have any available even into the next year and I knew he was lying. He would not give me an appointment because he had to redo my hair last time. That is a pretty sorry way to treat a client. If you want your hair done right the first time go elsewhere. I went back to the salon and confronted him and he wouldn’t even give me an answer so that proved I was right.

Brad has always been great on regular cuts, easy to work with on scheduling and easy to communicate with about what I'm wanting done with my hair on any given day.To change things up a bit I went in for a color recently. Brad worked with me to find a demi that suited the shade and tone I was going for - specifically, a darker green, and starting on brown hair. I had communicated this intention to him at my previous appointment, so he had some time to look over options.Brad went the extra mile to be sure it came out as desired. He went over the details about the product, we discussed the expectations, and he mentioned further options if the shade was not exactly what I was going for after a couple days, or if it didn't last as long as it should, leaving enough time in the appointment to be sure it was taking as expected.It hasn't been in long yet but I'm fond of the effect already, and confident that Brad can help navigate the process going forward.

Brad is amazing—I’ve followed him around Lexington for years and am so thrilled that he and Bree have their own salon! He is an artistic colorist and stylist—always listening to your needs and concerns but never pushes any products/services that you don’t want/need. Highly recommend!!! 5+++ stars!!

Schway Salon is the absolute best in town! Brad has been doing my hair for about 20 years and he is THE BEST! I can sit down, relax, and fully trust that I will love the color and cut when I leave. Very nice atmosphere with friendly employees and in a fantastic location! I cannot recommend them enough- a must if you want to feel like a million bucks!

Brad is great. I've been having him cut my hair for probably 4 years now. He also cuts my wife's hair. This location is surprisingly convenient downtown and always has parking available. The new layout of this place is really relaxing and inviting.
