“Jeanette was amazing and super professional and welcoming. Our little boy has struggled to get this hearing test done at other facilities so I wasn’t very hopeful for our appointment. I was truly so nervous but she was patient and so sweet & accommodating for our 2 year old! The entire facility is so welcoming and everyone is so kind. She successfully got the hearing exam completed and they had us checked in and out within 40 minutes which was amazing. This helped ease my families worries so much. I am so thankful for this wonderful experience.”

“Hard for me to leave an unbiased opinion here seeing how I was raised baptist and prefer their approach to preaching the gospel. I'm not a big fan of using other translations that aren't the KJV but they do use a lot of different translations in their sermons if that's something you like. The praise and worship service is my favorite aspect of this church, maybe the best music I've ever experienced in a church setting. The people are very nice as you'd hope to find at church. They have many groups you can join, lots of extracurricular activities and consistently do their best to help the community and travel to foreign lands and spread the gospel.”

“Porter Memorial is a bible believing and bible preaching church. Pastor Snadefur is a very strong biblical pastor. His sermons are are backed by biblical scriptures. The children's, teen's and college ministry are top notch. The Sunday life groups will treat you like family. You won't be disappointed at Porter.”

“We moved here from Japan and I’m so happy and thankful we found this small preschool filled with love. While my daughter is excited about going to kindergarten soon, she still tells me how much she is going to miss LSL, especially her teachers and friends. English is her second language so I was a little worried at the beginning but she grew in confidence and bloomed like a sunflower, and she is ready for kindergarten now. I’m so thankful to all the people we met at LSL including the teachers, friends and their parents & grandparents who gave big love to my daughter.”

“I have had 3 kids graduate from Lansdowne and a 4th one there still. I have had a ggod experience with my 3 oldest. I struggle with the way my youngest is treated. But i gave it 4 stars cause majority of my experience have been great. And im hoping they make a better effort in controlling the bullying in school this year.”

“I went to this school from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade and if it was MY choice I would still be going. The children's education is a main priority at Dixie AND they find ways to make it fun! I myself miss going here. I bawled my eyes out when I had to leave.”

“My son went to southern from pre k to 5th grade. He did very well at this school and enjoyed the teachers. We only had a few issues but after some work they fixed the problems. It's a clean school and had several playgrounds.”

“I have two children at Community Montessori and have been so pleased with what I am seeing in their progress socially, emotionally, and intellectually. My Toddler has the best manners of the whole family! She says please, thank you, you’re welcome, and excuse me. She is able to identify colors, shapes, count to 14, sing songs and improvise songs, her vocabulary and focus on detail have just exploded since she joined the Toddler program in Jan. 2015. She is independently going potty, she can put on her clothes and shoes with minimal help and she is not even 2 and a half yet! She comforts and assists her friends and cries when we pick her up because she doesn't want to leave. My 5 year old is experiencing his third year at Community Montessori (It's a 3 year cycle at each level) and has stepped up to be one of leaders in his class. He has many friends and gets along well with others when completing tasks. He has an eagerness to learn and really looks up to his teachers and aspires to be just like them. He has been reciting math facts in the car because he is interested not because it is homework or he has to. He came home with a booklet of math he had created and told me that he had worked so hard that when he was done he just, "hugged it" because he was so happy he could do it. He's writing his name and starting to make stories at school. His appetite for knowledge is being fed in this environment and because he has the freedom to choose his work he has ownership of his learning. He comes home wanting to sing the school song and has a genuine love for who he is with and the work he is doing. He has become a child willing to help his little sister get ready in the morning and help cook and clean to keep our house looking its best. The values my children hold in helping others, being a role model, caring for animals and the environment are directly aligned with what they are learning at school and home.”

“I love this school I was able to make a great connection with the principal (he even gave me the nickname mac n' cheese). The teachers are so outgoing and it's just a great school. A lot of fun activities go on and I never have and I'm sure I never will go to a better school. I wish the year didn't have to end.”

“My kids Absolutely love this daycare. My one and a half year-old son has one of the best relationships with all his daycare teachers and I love it. My son is always ready to go to daycare which means he’s having the time of his life and they love are treating him the way he’s supposed to be treated. I know now a days people don’t trust daycares but this one is amazing and you can trust that your kid(s) are getting the proper love and care. I appreciate every single one of them.”

“You need to send your kids here. Research-driven, engaging, creative, messy, enriching, compassionate, and just plain fun. The adult-to-child ratio is low because parents are required to volunteer periodically throughout the year, which could be tough for working parents, but it’s definitely worth it because this place is a kid heaven. They spend time outside every day- rain, snow, or shine. They play in mud, examine worms, and use a LOT of shaving cream and other sensory items in their crafts. It’s all the activities I want my kids to experience, but just not at my house because it would ruin the carpets. ?”

“We have had both our girls at WeeCare since they were infants. We cannot say enough about how incredible the care and education our girls have received. Our oldest is not in elementary school and he teacher tells us that she could be in 1st grade right now with her skills. Wee Care truly got her ready for the next level and suspect our youngest will be the same next year. WeeCare is a family we are thrilled to be a part of!”

“My husband and I are so thankful we found St. Michael's School. Being an Early Childhood Education major, I knew what I wanted in a preschool program. I wanted engaging, age appropriate curriculum taught by an energetic and educated staff. I wanted classrooms with low ratios, a welcoming environment and a sense of community among students, staff and parents. We found that and more at St. Michael's. St. Michael's employs not only classroom teachers and aides, they also have art, music, Spanish, and physical education teachers to give the children a well-rounded education. They altogether prepared my oldest daughter for kindergarten, and she still asks to go back and visit because she loved her experience so much. My youngest loves to go every morning to see her friends and teachers. We cannot recommend this school enough. It has truly been a blessing for my family.”

“Wonderful place for preschool. There is a lot of parent involvement. The teachers and assistants are great. There are themed rooms for the children that offer a variety of activities for your child to not only have fun, but learn while playing. Great outdoor playground that is separated for toddlers and 3-5 year olds so everyone can have fun with their age groups. There is also no tolerance for any kind of bullying or a aggressive behavior either physical or verbal. Highly recommended.”

“GTP is an incredible daycare/preschool! The staff are kind & caring and the teachers work so hard to provide a wonderful learning environment. In every classroom, the teachers have worked diligently with my child to overcome any developmental obstacles that came our way. They truly know and care deeply for every child and family that enters the building. They also offer speech/OT services onsite with a local team (and they are phenomenal too!). One of my favorite things about GTP is also how deeply they care for their staff too - trying to make sure all needs are met & celebrating each other’s milestones. We couldn’t imagine our kiddo going anywhere else!”

“This is an absolutely amazing place for anyone's children to be a part of. My boys have been going here for almost a year now. They are great people. No matter who you speak with it will be a pleasant conversation.”

“My two boys have been going to this daycare since August . I want to say that these teachers with my two along with the other kids in each of their classrooms, are AMAZING. Both my boys are in therapies for developmental delays as well as sensory issues so their therapists visit them at the centers . Anytime they have therapy , they are always informative to let me know what they worked on and updated on what they’re doing . The app is posted with updates daily and pictures of my boys which I love to see . They love going here which says a lot as they are both pretty shy but also outgoing when they’re comfortable with people . Everyday when I pick them up , their teachers always let me know how their day was . my boys since starting here come home and sing ABCs, counting , using communication skills , etc & they’re both 2! I recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a clean , engaging , trusting , hands-on learning facility to put their child(ren) in . I was hesitant to put my boys back in daycare as their first experience wasn’t the best but this center is hands down the best one ! I couldn’t be more happier to choose Wellington KinderCare as the daycare for my boys ❤️”

“Creative kids is hands down the best daycare in Lexington! My twins have been going here since they first turned 1 and it has been amazing. They are 4 and going off to school now and I’m devastated we have to leave this facility. It’s extremely clean and all of the teachers are so friendly and good with the kids. The owner Joann is amazing and she will communicate with you about any issue you may have and find a solution. My twins were premature and I was so nervous for them to be at daycare. In 3 years I’ve had no complaints with creative kids! Toddlers are clumsy and get hurt often but my children have came home with a bump or scratch almost never. Also, the teachers in the 4-6 yr old room ( Ms. Gladys and Ms. Veronica ) have been our favorite! They love their kids so much and they take such good care of mine. If you’re looking for a daycare that you can take your kids to and not have to worry, COME HERE. I’m happy my twins are going off to school but will forever miss creative kids!”
