Love Save-A-Lot to find what most grocery stores don't have nice place of grocery shop

This store used to be very good. The new(er) manager is rude, unprofessional, and straight up nasty. Her name is Brittany. She tried to fight my little sister (who was 13) and she shoulder bumped my grandmother while she was in a wheelchair trying to navigate the store, and when my mother said something about it, Brittany looked back and threw her hands up & said “oh well.” She needs to be fired, she is a horrible representation of your company, and quite frankly, a lawsuit waiting to happen.

It's clean, the service is ok; it's not bad I like it and it's ok. I have shop there every now and then when I'm close by. It's good store to shop at.

I stood out there for 10 minutes in the rain waiting for them to open the door it says y'all open up at 8:00 but no one would open the door. the two workers were inside just looking not opening the door not saying anything. I came early so I can knock out my shopping before work and for some reason they just decided not to open the door.

I have been assaulted by a cashier name coco, I had no problems with her in the past when she started working there but when she up an ask you if you ever stold from save a lot I was Appalled and disgusted with her she had no right to ask me or customers if they ever stolen from them and I know for a fact you are not to ask a customer anything like that it in any Policy

This place has gone down hill I used to enjoy shoping here now they have employees here who accuse you of shoplifting same cashier that accused my mother in law has accused me even though we have shopped their for very long time so disappointed her name she goes by is coco I also went to use my wic card and they no longer have very many items that wic allows we now have go all way to kroger which is ok but the employees I do believe need be better trained
