Sandys is the best! I've had several machines cleaned and repaired and they run better than ever. My machines are from the early 90's and are used everyday. Sandy and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I highly recommend them.

Had them repair my 20 year old Singer. It took less time than expected and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, a few days later, the issue occurred again. Took it back and Sandy showed me how my bobbin had expanded and was causing an issue with the bobbin case. She explained how to keep this from happening again and had the repair person fix my machine again - this time at no charge. Thank you! I will be back - hopefully, for classes and fun things and not another repair!

Very good repair shop, Sandy is so nice. Wish I lived closer, I would definitely join in some of the showing classes. So nice to have trust in a sewing shop.

Sandy's sewing Center in Lexington is a great place to take your Husqvarna Viking machines...Will is very knowledgable and cares for you and your machines..Sandy is so nice and a great shop to buy any Viking sewing/embroidery machine. I will drive past another viking retailer to go to Sandy's. Great people and service.

I had an issue with an embroidery design that I was stitching out… I called Sandy’s and they answered my question and helped me work it out right then. Turns out I had my bobbin in upside down- they were so helpful!!!

If you sew you need to stop in she as it everything for sewing to quitting and if she doesn't have it she'll find it or you don't really need it yes they can repair sewing machines

I called for service on my machine, was having trouble with tension. Service person not in. Would have needed to wait till tues. Was problem solved over the phone!! So thankful as I am in the middle of making masks. Excellent experience. Thank you so much!
