If you want to be treated rudely, go ahead. They never look you in the face, they never say how can we help you, they are always on their own. Their butchers are a disaster. They never smile. You apologize as if you are bothering them and making them work. I've been there not once but many times over the last year because I had to. I said never mind. But never again. Long live the Sahara! You can go and learn some manners.

I have never been, but I have to advise the brothers here to not sell cigarettes or e-cigarettes or whatnot as shown in the images, if these are still being sold that is not permissibleJazakom Allahu Khayra for providing the Muslims with this service of halal food but be careful not fall into what Allah has prohibited. You might make money off it, but the blessing put in that money is questionable

They not only have the best butcher and market in town! But the staff is so welcoming and friendly and helpful!They have more than once gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and always provided the best quality products in town! Hands down the best steak I’ve had!Even with my recent transition with getting a service dog. They have been so patient and helpful to make sure they provide a calm safe environment to all their customers!I’m proud to be a regular!

I love this store so much and the people are so helpful and kind. I highly recommend buying your feta here as they have such a wide selection and it’s much more affordable than grocery stores. I’d also recommend trying some of the snacks they have in the second aisle. Thank you<3

Sam has all sorts of halal meat, bread, and other stuff from the middle east and south Asia.I frequently go there and enjoy shopping. I absolutely recommend this place.

One of my very favorite international markets in Lexington. They are incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. Wonderfully clean and well stocked with fresh and essential ingredients for many Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes. The selection of lamb cuts is unrivaled and well priced. Highly recommend to every home cook I know.
