Kat is the best! She was very helpful making arrangements for a local pickup on an item to big for delivery to my home. She truly knows her job and made sure I was taken care of. She even helped me with a situation from the shipper that was caused by a misunderstanding. Kat is the voice and face of the Lexington branch and represents it well.

Very disappointed that they were the shipping vendor for a "room of choice" delivery from Home Depot for a bathroom vanity. They refused to carry vanity up one flight of stairs to bathroom. Understood, after the fact, that there's company policy for no stairs for liability reasons. However, this isn't something a customer should find out at time of delivery. Frustrating.

Still waiting on my shipment to get delivered. They called to schedule and did not show up. I called to reschedule and again no show and no call to notify about the issue. I recently tried to call Mike Wadkins about the delivery and he hung up with no info on where my package is. Worst experience from a freight company I have dealt with yet.
