The owners are very friendly and helpful. They got a variety of spices from India, pakistan and bangladesh. The food quality is also very good.

The proprietor is very nice, happy to explain differences in ingredients that may not be obvious to someone not familiar with Indian cooking. Lots of desi ingredients, pretty much anything you could need to make a large variety of Indian dishes. Great prices on pulses/legumes.

Great place to find a variety of healthy food items from all over India. The wife of the owner gave me great advice of how to use Moong Beans and to incorporate into my daily meal plan. It is a cozy authentic supermarket to shop. I definitely recommend

Awesome ppl, very helpful, and a great selection :). Also there’s a 15% discount if ur a UK student! Def highly recommend ?. Make sure to look in the freezer section next to the check out too, they have ready made dosa batter and coconut chutney.

It's a small store, and I wonder if this is as much as Lexington can support. However, as small ethnic food markets go, they've done a pretty good job. Most of the things they have are non-redundant to typical big box grocers, including a small selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, frozen dosa batter and sambar, and Indo-Chinese ramen. They also have a very robust selection of beans, nuts, and various flours. You would certainly not be able to do all your shopping here, even if you really like Indian food, but I'll look forward to seeing how my dosa and sambar turns out.
