What a wonderful experience. My passenger side auto glass had wrinkles in it. We drove by to see if we needed to get it replaced. Your rep advised it was caused by a tint cover applied when we bought truck from dealer. He showed us how to remove the tint cover and we followed his directions. Came right off. Thanks for your caring service representative. I will definitely use your service anytime I need auto glass service.

Easiest experience I've had on a vehicle. They are tied into USAA so I put info in on bank site. Scheduled and windshield replaced in just a couple of days.

Whew boy. Came to my place on Thursday with (1) the wrong order (an unrequested upsale) and (2) the wrong back window. Had to re-schedule. The guy was nice, but....
On the re-scheduled day, I get a call that they (3) want me instead to drive to their shop. It'll be easier for them. This guy (4) was pretty rude. Ended up cancelling. If you fail at collecting the order, bringing the order, miss appointments, and have a .500 batting average on customer service, well....

I had a cracked windshield while visiting Lexington. My insurance company sent my info to safelite and gave me a process to expedite my request because I was only going to be in town 2 more days. When I tried to expedite a request, they asked if there were any openings on the website? When I looked, they were booked for almost 2 weeks and they didn't have an emergency repair process. Fine, I found an alternate company who did a fantastic job. The problem is now I keep getting emails from safelite even after unsubscribing multiple times. I'm sure they do a fine job (if you can get on their schedule).

Can’t reach them by phone on that number. Wanted to ask if they do windshield gasket work. No way to ask that on internet. Also the answering service tune and introduction is ungodly loud. I wonder how many $400 jobs a day they lose to this lack of potential customer interaction…

Charles did a horrible job on my windshield. Left a trim piece loose under my hood. If my husband hadn't opened it to look to see why we had a noise coming from there,we'd have a bad mess. Glass all over my car,cut our hands getting it all removed. Took him over 3 hours to do the job that seems to be rushed and not fully sealed. Air sounds when driving on the highway. We will be needing someone to completely start over and get the job right. Sensors weren't calibrated. Rushed and said he needed to get to next job. Another guy showed up and they still couldn't get this done right. Unacceptable.

There was an issue with my first install. Which was done at my house. I called and let them know. They scheduled an appointment for me at their location here in Lexington and corrected the problem at no cost. I recommend requesting an OEM replacement. They will give you the cheapest thing they can find if you don't.
