I was going to call the Lexington office because Rotech of Frankfort is ran by some of the most incompetent people. I have been given bad oxygen concentrator after another. And I specifically use a certain canula but they never deliver the correct tubing. Monkeys could run Rotech better

This company is absolutely absurd and the employees are rude and unhelpful. If you are in need of a CPAP machine, you had better be for certain that you don’t sleep odd hours, because you’ll certainly be penalized if so. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Drove 1.5 hours to office and was told the therapist wasn’t in that day. I was then told that the therapist should’ve called me and canceled the appointment they gave them the option of driving to another office which was 45+ minutes away once I got to the office, a therapist took me into a room and showed me the CPAP machine I would be using. I inquired about how the Cpap Machine works and if I should be familiar with the settings. He said don’t worry about the settings I won’t need to change them. He then asked me to choose a mask, and I told him that I had no idea what mask would work for me. He gave me the option of choosing a second mask which I did. I’d give You Tube a 10 for explaining how the machine works, mask fit and instructions on how to get used to the machine and mask. I also received numerous phone calls and emails asking about the equipment that was delivered to me. There wasn’t any equipment delivered to me. I went to the office and picked it up. I did give representative information on how the office visit went and they said they’d look into it, no one ever got back to me. The only reason I used Rotech was because of my insurance and no other options.

They don’t do what they say and their billing office is terrible. Brandy, the office manager assured me she would get back to me, but never did. I would not recommend using this company.

Beware! Rotech does NOT carry ResMed CPAP equipment in Kentucky. The equipment dispensed is sub-standard, unmatched, and off-brand. The staff people are nice. The location is not. Access is difficult. It is a puzzling situation. This company bills out of Florida and actually misrepresented equipment in insurance billing (Medicare and KY Retired Teachers' United HealthCare). They billed for ResMed equipment but did not (could not) supply an actual ResMed CPAP machine and/or supplies.

I used this company years ago through my insurance. I bought my own CPAP so I turned my old stuff in while still under coverage. My machine has a recall so my doctor wrote me another prescription. I was immediately approved but the lady told me I had a outstanding balance of nearly $500.00. I told them no thanks! Beware as when I turned in my equipment years ago I was told I owed nothing.

My mom came from out of town and forgot an adapter for her cpap tubing. The good people at this business helped her find what she needed without any charge. They were very helpful and kind.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
